Oh man, I love it! Such an easy way to build out a system. Great review 👍👍👍
Yeah, it all works great. I like that!
@@BradCagle it's nice when they work as promised 👌
@@Roll2Videos Cant agree more!
If my math is correct the efficiency of the DC output is at 88%. I’ve watched other reviews of portable power stations and this is actually considered really good! 😀
Yup!
Great video! The efficiency of the Bluetti AC70 Power Station definitely seems impressive. Speaking of reliable power stations, have you checked out the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series? It offers massive capacity, fast recharging, and a waterproof design. It's a great option for outdoor enthusiasts and RV lovers. Happy c!
Great review. Just wondering what's the inside of the 12v cigarette socket looks like? Is it a smooth cylinder or does it have a small groove inside to help the male plug stay inside securely?
I found that for every 500 watts of inverter power you should use one 100 ah battery. With a 1000 watt inverter, it should be 200 ah in battery power.
Nicely done Brad!
Thanks!
You can see the voltage from the App
The peron has a 1200 watt inverter and is only $299.
This might be a good competitor for the ecoflow pro with that 1000 watt inverter
I know the solar wouldn't work out once you said 365. I was like that has to be parallel and bluetti is known to limit amps.
Here's the thing how long do you think you could run the air-conditioner and a refrigerator
Not the most powerful unit but it sure is quiet. The Anker C1000 sounds like a hair dryer with sustained 600W load.
Wonder how well the UPS mode works...

Nice review man as I am such a huge fan of LifePo4 battery chemistry, thanks for sharing sir.
Excellent review. Thank you. That said, another new Bluetti with crappy 12v output options - no barrel connectors, no XT60, etc. Just the crappy cig outlet. The EB70 and EB3A have better 12v options. Most all of the Pecron units have barrel connectors and XT60 with some having 30amps 12v out. The AC70 will not be very good for for people using it in their car/truck/van. And frankly the unit is too small for serious home usage and the 120v outlets.
You're welcome! Thanks
can it accept another Bluetti battery ?
Excellent!
The dual USB-C (100W) is great. Many of us are more USB-C than old style.
I agree! Thanks
Dod you test to see if it will auto turn on AC circuit, when battery is sufficiently charged?
Are you talking about if the AC inverter was on, then the battery fully discharges, will the AC inverter come back on automatically when battery is recharged to a certain percentage?
Yes. I need to find one of these devices, that will turn AC circuit on, once it has battery power. So I do not have to have any human intervention, to restore power to AC circuits.
thx
@@Just_An_Idea_For_Consideration ill test that
thank you
Would this be better value than the Vtoman Flashspeed 2500
*1500?
@@jampam-jf8mt Th Vtoman Flashspeed has 2x the battery capacity, and 1.5x times the inverter size so keep that in mind. Also I'm not sure what the AC70 will sale for, have they released a price?
User's Comment: "I really need a reliable power station for my camping trips. Any recommendations?"Your Response: Absolutely! For a reliable power station for your camping trips, I highly recommend checking out the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series. It offers a massive capacity, powerful output, and fast recharging capabilities. With its waterproof technology and uninterrupted power supply, it's perfect for any outdoor adventure. Plus, the smart APP control allows for easy management of power flow. Happy camping!
Poor little dog craving attention, and being ignored...........
he deserves more, such a nice dog
He gets attention between every shoot/cut. I'm constantly tossing the ball to him every few minutes during every video. That's my baby boy, we go camping, walking/exploring, swimming, and he sleeps right smack in the middle of my wife and I every night. He get more of my attention than anyone else. Thanks
@@BradCagle there was a note of sarcasm in my mesage, he's a damn luck,y dog!!
taken no offense please
@@namenotshown9277 Thanks for clarifying, hard to detect sarcasm in just txt sometimes 😅I need emojis 😁
Just a preference, I prefer to "learn from" not "learn with" a reviewer.
Hi Brad, Thanks for the review. Does it not show the volts and amps coming in from the panels somewhere in a display sub menu or in the Bluetti app?
Great review. I like that you can set the charging rate to fit your needs. I am really impressed with that AC unit, it does not have high startup surge so even AC70 1000W inverter can handle the startup so easily.
If the input current is limited is low, I.E. 10A max pull from the panels, then you need to get the PV Voltage up to get close to 500W input rating. It is going to be hard to find PV panels that will let you have combination wiring that will have Vmp close to 50V and Voc not exceeding the 58V max PV input Voltage of the AC70.
BTW, I do not see any for AC70 on Bluetti site yet, I wonder what the price will be since AC60 is $699 (600W 403Wh). It is also strange that it is called AC70 but it has 1000W inverter.
Yup, I was impressed with this unit. Yeah, the solar reaching 500w will be really hard, you'd almost have to build your own panel from raw cells to get the voltage in the correct range. But in reality 350w is plenty for this unit. I realeasd the video too soon so they didnt have any info on their site yet. They have it now. Thanks!
What type of panels did you have in the demo?
Residential panels (what they install on your roof) 375w I think. I have several different brands, so I'm not sure what brand these were.
Hi! Thanks for a great review. Is there a wireless charger on top?
Nope. They took that away
@@Biggiiful They have a premium version of this unit, that has wireless charging and slightly bigger battery.
See if fans continually run watching TV + cable box. How loud does it get in decibels while charging/discharging? UPS mode?
Never mind, I can tell from your excellent video it is very quiet.
