- A Thornton Township meeting Wednesday evening is expected to draw in a lot of people as Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard is expected to take part in a look at township finances. The embattled mayor will likely herself be a topic of conversation.

Absolutely, she has Zero responsibility as a Mayor. And publicly belittled her trustee's and others. I think she planned this all along. Obviously, she's trying to become wealthy, through criminal actions but, it definitely backfired on her and she and others in her criminal circle are going to be held accountable. They actually destroyed their own lives for being greedy.
The people of Dolton voted her in but probably never had any idea the power and access to money would go to her head.

Have you seen the Thornton Township proposed budget she hopes to pass next week? The Township website says nothing about it. She is asking for another 38% increase in salaries, resulting in a 50% increase in the General Fund, which she controls.

@@sammyhooligan803 No, you are confused of the two. Gonzalez does not sit on The Dolton trustee board. He is on the Thornton Township board. Dolton is a village. It has its own trustees and government structure. The township consists of 18 villages, towns and cities. Dolton is one of the smaller villages in Thornton Township.

I've noticed news readers on the street don't read from prompters anymore, they use their phones. it looks stoopid and unprofessional.
What immerses viewers to the news is when they are spoken directly to, which is why news readers look directly into the camera while reporting. If they can read what they need to say from a cellphone, we can do the same thing and really don't need them.

Can Fox announce Thornton Township finance/ budget meeting RESCHEDULED FOR MAY 31 @ 1pm, appears public announcements are being posted in papers f original meeting scheduled f May 28th in papers, including - NWI Times, The Shopper and Daily Southtown - no mention of meeting on any social media pages or websites!!! How is the public suppose to know about these meetings?

Only certain people can get in meeting. They have a ticket system to get in meeting. You have to give all your personal information and it has to be approved by her administration. If you are one of the people that got up to speak negatively about her at previous meetings, you won’t get a ticket to attend meeting.
i heard the "meeting" was held in the basement. They actually had it upstairs and it lasted 4 minutes. That means those sitting int he basement were tricked by this ratchet ckn head. Yet STILL no charges. Explain that.

The FBI has been investigating the corruption in Dolton Village and Thornton Township for months. When the FBI has completed the investigation the Super Mayor Tiffany Aiesha Henyard and Her Accomplices are facing years in Federal Prison. Reminds me of the former Mayor of Detroit Kwane Kilpatrick who was Convicted of Commiting 24 Federal Charges including Embezzlement, Extortion , Racketeering and Income Tax Evasion Charges. Kwane Kilpatrick was sentenced to 28 years in Federal Prison. The FBI has a 98 percent conviction rate.
