I work in a autobody repair shop and the chair would be a waste of money because even the regular creeper we have doesn't fit with a person under 80% of the cars we work. The lift you've shown is more suited for body repairs than mechanical work because; a) it doesn't lift high enough and is in the way and b) the device attached to it in one of the scenes is used for heavy pulling. Your exaggerating the wonder machine's capabilities as well. The rest seems legit though.

I believe I rented a room one summer to the same ~28 y/o "Brilliant GENIUS" who was working on his Phd in Artificial Intelligence. He asked me f/help one day because he was having problems trying to do a load of laundry. There was a trail of water coming out from the 'ol conventional washer. He'd packed the washing machine tub SOLID with clothes, so there was absolutely NO Room for water. No doubt this same genius is behind such brilliant "tech" that helps those not as gifted as others in guaging their tire tread/wear, or finding/wiping their posteriors!

I'd get a side-by-side UTV and mount a couple tool cabinets on the back if you had to drive anywhere other than a concrete floor. And it'd be cheaper. Their setup might be useful if you had a large machine shop and you had to service all the various machines. But for the price (let's face it, Snap-on is grossly overpriced), you could definitely do better.

There's less than an inch of ground clearance, so unless you can jack it up, it's not going anywhere else. Even just driving it off the concrete onto gravel might be enough for it to bottom out.
