    Well made video. Thank you Sir. I was searching for the code reference for torsional discomfort in the building. i.e. the first two mode should under go the translation in either direction, and third mode to the rotation. Please help me find some code reference for this explanation is NBC or IS code. and how can we solve it if we didnot get the first 3 mode as we need.

      Glad it helped. You can find that in IS 1893:2016 part 1, cl 7.1 torsional irregularity.

    I think it is 0.004 times height of single storey i.e 3 m in this case and not total height. Please confirm..

      Maximum permissible storey displacement and permissible storey drift are calculated from IS: 1893 - 2002 and IS: 456 - 2000. Maximum permissible storey displacement is limited to H/500. Where, H - total height of building. Maximum permissible storey drift is limited to 0.004 h.

    What is the solution when the top rebar area comes more than lower floors..please explain

      - 4" wall - 7
      -9" wall - 13
      LL - 1.5, 2, 3
      FF- 2
      Beam rebar came only 100 TO 250
