Questions: Did you de-bone the duck yourself or did they do it for you? Was the duck tender? You eat the rind on the squash? The only heat you added were the fresh chilis? Did they spice up the broth? Why the plastic liner? Easier cleanup?
@@warrenj3204 Good questions. Yes, I did remove the meat from the bone on most of them. But I did add the both bones and meat into soup. Duck was very tender. No, I do not eat the rind on the squash. We have to keep it so it keeps the shape of squash otherwise it will all dissolve into the soup. Yes, only the fresh chili added. It did not spice up the broth at all. Could have used another 5. The plastic liner is for easier clean up but I was just talking with my sister more last night about that and we did some research and might not be good for our health to use those plastic. It was super easy clean up but not worth to sacrifice for our health. Prob wont use those anymore.
Looks fantastic!
@@warrenj3204 Thank you! It was a hit. Only had small bowl left at the end.
Oh this is interesting. Never thought of using duck this way. I love curries!
@@ashton8878 give it a try! Pretty good. Maybe less keffir lime. I got mine fresh from MIL tree, prob why it was strong.

My issue with coconut milk is it seems to separate from whatever it's mixed with.
@@warrenj3204 yes but usually with heat it combines pretty well.
