    Martin Gibala is one of the best. I also like his resistance training outlook. Do one set of 3 compound exercises. Pushups/bench press, air squat/other squat (I use hip belt squat), pull up or similar (I do inverted rows on dip bar or TRX). That’s it.
    Done in 15 minutes.

    I must be a lucky person, I don’t do vigorous or intense workout, nor do resistance training,.I do my own exercise yrs. ago, without any input from longevity experts. I am 86 yrs old male, luckily My own exercise enabled me to reach this age. My exercise put premium on brain stimulation, socializing, most of all enjoy life while exercising. I still do my exercise 4 to 5 week, 2 to 3 hrs per session.

    Walking golf course takes 2-4hrs. Plenty of interval snacks on the hills and lots of distance- 5 miles. Wonder how it affects heart health.
