@@RedBranchBushcraft My mate works in MOD disposal and that is what they’ve been told they’re supposed to be cut to but it also depends who’s cutting it.
nice one! take your time , expect to adjust your ropes a few times. i put my main chute up in the trees yesterday, had to tighten and loosen a good few today , thats the norm. make sure your ridgeline is nice and high
@@RedBranchBushcraft thanks, tried it out yesterday. ridgeline does need to be a lot higher than i had it and yeah there is going to be a LOT of tweaking. ATB Phill
Just keep Bruno a way from it, I don’t know which would be worse after raiding your garlic garden... his intake or exhaust either one would probably make the nylon melt!😂😂😂😂👍
So... a T pee is a cone. A parachute is not a cone. The parachute will require modifications to make it a cone or you could use a lot of thin springy saplings to erect a structure to support that bulbous shape.
Wow that’s pretty awesome👌
Thanks man
Very clever, like the new hat too!

Well, you did it, good luck on your future adventures

What diameter is this chute? Great vid.
I'd say that one is 20 ft
Sweet! I want one😆
i know man, really cool
How many parachutes does the average person keep on-hand over there, Wally? 🤣 That looked fun. Take care.
i have 4!!!
When the parachutes are decommissioned they’re only supposed to leave 6 inches of parac cord attached
Really! Every one I've gotten besides this one has had about 30 feet
