Hook works on everything. the best pro thing i have seen in dota was a few patches ago where carry pudge started popping on. it was miracle playing carry pudge and gh was io. io used relocate for kills then io disjoints tether after the kill and before relocate duration ends pudge hooked io and tadaaa io is back 😂
is there a reason why his ult voice line is global? i've been wondering for so long like is it necessary for the whole map to know that you've use ur ult even in fog of war..
I actually have no idea why, just that it was in dota 1 so maybe they kept it that way from there? (quickly looking into it, apparently the voice line in dota 1 was imported, and so it HAD to be global. It likely then just carried over to dota 2 as a skill ceiling thing)
Dota1 came from Warcraft, that is a Blizzard game, like Diablo 1. In Diablo 1 there was a boss called "The Butcher" that screams "HAAAA FRESH MEAT!" when you find him. The same voice line was used on Dota1 for Pudge, the Butcher. Also, this answer about his name tho 😅
The hook is greather because blink dagger gives range to all skill clickey inner range, as same blink dagger if you click outside the range your blink less range than inner.
