‘Fences’ (Rose) Monologue

Just brushing up on my craft. This scene is from the movie Fences and the character is Rose played by @violadavis. I absolutely loveeee her performance in this movie and I wanted to reenact it. I truly believe that as an actor you always have to stay on top of your craft. So I’m learning new monologues to get into some acting classes I want to take. Ummmm this is disrespectful to the playwright August Wilson. I’m not trying to be mean but he wrote this for a black woman. So I would be careful if you go into a audition with this
