That’s not true the debt is not used for new cities but it’s used for other huge projects like factories,nuclear,military improvements,seaports and airports and others while the cities are depending on foreign and local investments which is the same as uae (dubai) btw they didn’t use their money to make these projects

The new capital is an investment project, not a service project, meaning it does not receive funding from the state treasury.
