For context. The basketball scene. Luke throw the basketball as Phil was coming home from work. It bounced of his head and into the basket. They both were of course amazed. So they kept trying to recreate it.
I’ve grown to absolutely love this show thanks to you guys. Never watched it before. Looking forward to the new Patreon content, it’s really picking up!
I hope I'm not terribly out of line here but I am SO jealous of Gaynor's nose. Ok, ok...I'm not a freak. It's just obviously a very straight, dainty nose that is natural and as someone with a crooked ass Greek honker of a nose...I have the envy. Sorry, Gaynor. Love the reacts! Keep them coming.
The network didn't want to cast Ty Burrell as Phil. The show auditioned between 175-250 people for each role, and they were absolutely convinced he was the guy. After fighting about it for a long time, the show filmed a short scene so the network could actually see how Burrell worked with the other actors. And as soon as they saw it, the network was like "Yeah, OK, we get it now."

I'd love to have Phil as a dad.
The "that guy's high" part is funnier in America I guess.
