Now I’ve seen it all. Genius, and well done. Y’all should start bringing in all of your personals for all service/repair work. You’d make a lot of fans happy teaching us the basics to diagnosing/repairing our own vehicles. I feel like I’ve learned a ton from your show, but it’s all purpose related, like, racing, mud truck, etc

Yes I know, old vid however , have a look at most any vid from Paul Harrell to see how he uses new and improved high tech fleece as a " bumper" .

Good idea as well is to use rope coated with resin on the back side or as a build up for the edge where you put the air inlet to add some rigidity and strength.

Instead of 1/4" solid rod how about hollow brake tubing for even more light weight and easier to bend. Just have to strip the coating to weld it.

This will fail eventually. Their isn’t enough strength & structure with just fleece. Should of put at least 2 layers of chopped strand on top of the fleece while it was wet. All those pin holes and craters in the fleece had to either be sanded flat or sanded so the bondo could adhere better ( surprised being that he’s more of a body man). Once it’s in the sunlight the heat will give it blisters cause it wasn’t prepped properly. The bondo used was the wrong bondo & fiberglass resin doesn’t stick well to metal. I can go on all day about this. Don’t want to bash anyone but things and people are being shown on how to do the wrong way. Other then that, I think Keven is great. Fiberglass is a whole mother beast that can be done, if done correctly.

Ryan, if you suspect Kevin has removed clothing,Be clear when describing the issue that prompted your complaint. Human Resources codes each case (discrimination, sexual harassment, etc), and it's important that your case gets the right code so it gets the proper attention.
