Fun fact : I discovered by playing recently that if you have an save from NFS underground 2 then launch a new games file in MW, you will get extra money for fidelity and being able to buy the Golf GTI at the start. (This shit still blows my mind 😅)

Why have I never seen this before? Oh, because the car isn't fun enough to drive around aimlessly. *Keyword: Drive around aimlessly* I usually start driving around aimlessly after I upgrade the car a bit and do some races.
I got that message years ago when i was driving around the map after buying first car, i was trying to search more about this ("Hidden message", i think?) and i found nothing lol, not a single post or topic, TOTALLY NOTHING, as if I literally made it up to myself. I couldn't even confirm it at the time, because when I wanted to receive the message again, there was nothing, and I couldn't remember the exact content of the message (probably a different version of the game from the one I used to have) I seriously started to believe that I had made it up to myself. Glad to see someone really also discovered it, :D

I was just looking for some safe house and plans to escape pursuit only to realize in start you actually have one safehouse that's way far you can only go there and that made it more memorable what a waste of time I had done
I've played through this game probably ten times and never got that message, because finding and getting to the safehouse in less than two minutes is easy AF (just follow the arrow) and roaming around in a stock car isn't a compelling alternative to heading straight to the next objective.
@@LRM12o8 yes the safehouse at the start of game is so damn close to parts shop it just takes under 15-20 seconds and it's so close to the park where most of the events are in the start you can quickly hit the safe house within 30-45 seconds
