You can either catch a bunch of Poliwag/Poliwhirl in the underground and hope one of them has its hidden ability Swift Swim (Swift Swim becomes Drizzle when it evolves into Politoed) or use an Ability Patch on Poliwag/Poliwhirl/Politoed but Patches cost like 200 Battle Points.

@@actufoot1358 His politoed is choice scarfed, if he chose ice beam it would’ve been a bad move. he prioritized scald because of the rain boosting the power of water type moves and the pokémon’s same type stab as well. what he did was take advantage of his pokémon’s ability and item instead of randomly using super effective moves. He took out heracross so it couldn’t set up, his heracross in the game usually has swords dance.

Heracross is Choice Scarfed and faster than both Politoed and Raikou and nothing on my team 1 shots it + it's really strong. Heracross was more important than Dragonite especially because if I KO Dragonite, Cresselia comes in and it has Thunder Wave which is really annoying. I'd rather KO Heracross, which is already more of a threat, and easily deal with Infernape than deal with Cresselia so early. I figured that there's a good, but not guaranteed, chance Heracross would go for Earthquake (Dragonite is immune and Raikou is weak) which wouldn't KO Politoed so that gave me the opportunity to Scald it and revenge kill next turn with either Scizor or Ludicolo. But Dragonite could've also used Earthquake (it did), and it has a chance to KO Politoed after Heracrosses EQ, so I had to Reflect with Raikou to save Politoed (unless Crit) and protect Scizor/Ludicolo in the future. If I used Ice Beam, Dragonite and Heracross live and now I have to dedicate 2 attacks to KO Hera and only Ludicolo is faster. Didn't really matter anyway, EQ + CC can't KO Ludicolo through Reflect without a crit.
