I highly recommend the green flex press wheels from Needham Ag too. I just put their spiked guage wheels on this winter and I’ll let you know how they work. Hopefully we won’t have a wet fall to drill wheat into this year though
I watched your drill rebuild video on your channel. We are slowly putting the Needham Ag stuff on ours. We are just doing it on phases. It's pretty pricey to do it all in one pop. I'm ready to have a decent fall to drill some wheat myself. The past 2 years have been challenging.
Dylan Joyce Farms yeah it took us 2 years to get ours done. Did you have to retighten the pivot bolts in your seed boots? Ours were real loose after one year with the new bushings
what brand compressor do you recommend for the 40 series tractor...i got a 4240 that i want to put the new style on...the a6 does not hold up very good

Where did you get the gauges? What is the brand? Did you pull a vacuum with compressed air? Is that some kind of vacuum pump driven by compressed air?(the red box?) Where can I get this setup?
I bought this set of gauges at Harbor Freight. Yes, I have a compressor-driven vacuum pump, but the next one I get will be electric from Harbor Freight.
@@phillipcoiner4232 I've always been taught that the more vacuum you can pull and the longer you can pull it, the better off you will be in the long run.
@@DylanJoyceFarms I just had a new engine (rebuilt Dyno tested) installed and the freon was not put back in so I was headed to Harbor freight to get a vacuum pump and I'm guessing those gauges. My bro is an HVAC guy and he was worried (he has never worked on auto/ ag type) he said you might wreck the seals if you go crazy with the vacuum pump but he wasn't sure. He puts monster vacuum on hermetically sealed units he works on but he doesn't know about automotive stuff

@@DylanJoyceFarms can you pull too much vacuum and damages the seals of the compressor? With the electric vacuum pump?

I’ve never replaced but I have had to take the compressor and blow them out before.
