    The biggest problem I had after I built my big shop was I kept filling it up with projects!!! Lol. That's a deep dive, look fwd to the refurbishment... that tractor is better than any new model 140 +- HP tractor for 1/5 the price, rebuilt "brand new". It will be worth doing, we've done 3 and the good cheap reliable flexibility around the operation makes those old rebuilds invaluable, got a show room 4020 that we bought new we've been 1 owner it's whole life, I use it to run conveyers! Be careful, here comes 2023!!!

    Excellent video I usually replace the evaporator core because like the one your working that foam pad that was above the core has rotted and is so stuck in the core fins and you can't get any air flow thru the core and the cooling capacity of the system the same with the condenser core. Keep up the excellent videos

      for the cab almost all aftermarket, deere is just to expensive. for transmission parts i get deere, and not the deere alternative. that alternative line of parts is pretty bad sometimes.

    Love watching your videos! Have you ever had to fix a sloppy throttle on a 4020? Mine is loose and out of adjustment and I’m wondering what all it would take to fix.

    • @jonstevensmaplegrovefarms3754
      @jonstevensmaplegrovefarms3754  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you look how your throttle works you're rotating that steering column. You follow that down by your clutch and brake pedals that side little sheet metal comes off and then you'll see the linkage coming from that tube on your steering down to another Pivot Point and then
      Goes to the injection pump so you just follow that linkage and look for where there might be some slop

      @@jonstevensmaplegrovefarms3754 Okay thank you. I know there’s slop where the column rotates haven’t gotten down to the linkage yet. Happy Easter!

    What are grain markets doing fellas? What's basis and old crop vs new crop cash bids look like?
    SE NEB. $5,50 cash bid corn Dec 23 new crop, $6.80 June 23 old crop
    Soybeans $12.80 Dec 23 cash bid, old crop soy $15.
    Bullish? I'm thinking the bear is coming out of hibernation! What is market going tomdo between now and December?

      @@jonstevensmaplegrovefarms3754 my broker told me yesterday, that the market is going to go down, then it's going to come back up, then it may go down or up again! Lol. I about hung up the phone! Great marketing advice... market is going to go up and down. 😆 🤣 😂 I just asked him... if you tell me to sell when the market goes up I am hanging up. Nobody knows. We need some farmer input!!! Thnx
      Edit: is there more or less grain in farmers bins than USDA or WASDE thinks???

    Hi Jon. Hope your well! Is it possible to fit a heater valve incorrectly? I’ve just had my aircon sorted bits it’s still pumping warm water round with the knob right down. If I clamp the heater pipe off the aircon is good which makes me think it’s the valve which is new.

    • @jonstevensmaplegrovefarms3754
      @jonstevensmaplegrovefarms3754  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@danielallerton1805 I don't know how you could install it incorrectly but them valves don't always turn the greatest to throw inline water valve down at the engine bay or at the cab corner to shut that water line off isn't the worst idea

      @@jonstevensmaplegrovefarms3754 hey John. On these 55 series. Is it right that the hot water for the heater comes from the engine and straight to the evaporator and is regulated on the way out? According to the manual my pipes are the wrong way round somewhere

      You could just try changing the switch but honestly I would lift the camera up and follow the voltage. Are you getting voltage through the switch when the fan isn't working? Are you getting voltage to the fan and they're not working?

      I recharge with three pounds. .And then watch the low side pressure compared to the air temperature and the foam in the site glass of the receiver dryer.
      At seventy degrees I would be just fine if low side pressure was around fifteen pounds. You'll always have some foam in the psychic laughs.You don't want to make it perfectly clear
