This works with the bands from the low area. There re so many other places to place the bands to add so many more exercises. Is it possible to attach the bands to the “T” bar that is normally attached to the Rebounder? Then just grab the bands at a shorter point..Then you can do all the exercises that are based with the bands placed at waist high or so. Doing that could double the number of exercises available for this setup. I also think there is a large opportunity for the small leg bands that go around the knees and such. It would be a little like the jumping with a ball in between the legs, but better.. I noticed you didn’t do any light jumping (not leaving the mat) with the bands in hand. That can increase jumping strength for sure. I can’t seem to find any channels that offer a variety of exercises with the bands also. You point out the the best point of all, you can be creating a system that is All-in-one strength and cardio. I think all that is needed is how to attach the the tubing to a high place above the head.
I would not recommend bouncing and holding the bands attached at any point of the trampoline. Even if your feet are not leaving the mat. Not safe at all, no added benefits there. Only a chance of injury. Yes the bar attachment can give you another anchor for your band. I do have some workouts with the handle attachment.
