    I don't know if you're like me, but I strive to hit 10,000 steps daily, but there are days when I fall short. To achieve this daily goal I have found that bouncing on my trampoline is super effective, fun and easy! I hope this helps you get your steps in too! Comment below to let me know if you'd like to see another Rebounder step workout with a different step count.👇👇 My step count was 4, 068😅

    I've been rebounding for 8 yrs and this is in my top 5 favorite workouts. Love the music, simple consistent and precise movements for 1 minute each. Excellent workout! Would love to see more like this one. ❤️

    I am LOVING this class. I love the pace and simplicity of the movements, plus fun music. By round three I’m freestyling a lot of my own moves and have endorphins flowing!

    My first time with this video. Easy but I could not jump at all so I just rebounded and side, front & back stepped & also leg curls with the music. I used lots of arm movements, military press, bow and arrow, staying alive, etc. It was a good workout for this 78 yr old bones and joints. Believe it or not, I sweat a lot.😂 I recently found out I have osteopenia on my left hip and lower spines and right hip osteoporosis so with my doc’s approval, I bought a bungee rebounder to strengthen my back, leg and thigh muscles to support my hip bones and spines. Started Jul 4th and so far so good. You are a good instructor and I will seek you out again. TY. 👍❤️

    Thank you Michelle for posting things for everyone at every stage of their fitness journey. I have been on both ends of the spectrum (just starting my fitness journey and looking for something to challenge me when I am at my best!). Your truly make something for everyone and provide the modifications for those that may have knee or back pain!       Me too!!! I’ve done it so many times now. Sometimes I have to make it easier, sometimes harder, but either way it is simple for me to modify for my level and energy on any given day.

    Took it slow today and tried this one - LOVE it!
    It's slow paced, but so very effective and it was just FUN!
    Perfect for a recovery day or just to have some fun while sweating.

    Needed something a little more gentle & fun today - & a bit of bouncing ALWAYS makes me smile😊. I did add 1lb ankle & hand weights just to fire it up a bit & boy, it definitely fired me up! I’m melting!!! Loved it. Thank you, Michelle. You NEVER let me down 👍🏻💪🏼😊

    Ok did the 30 min cardio HIIT, then added this one but used ankle weights and laceups. Got a solid hour of great cardio. Thanks Michelle!

    Love this one. I find that when I do my rebounder workouts and then general stuff during the day I find I reach my step count way faster. Love the rebounder especially with the heavy weights 😅

      Thank you for doing this. I recently also joined another TH-cam channel that does walking but they get so dull. I hope u do more of these ranging from 2000-10000, but you do so much, I am thankful and will repeat this frequently.

      You can always log it as "dancing". Calories and heart info are fantastic from bouncing/dancing

    I reached 4000 Steps, it was fun, i was just a bit scared because i used the Trampoline of my Kids 😂😂.
    Please if possibles lower the music and try to put your mic Volume up, i couldn't understand the instructions good. Thank you 🎉

      All Levels. You can crank up the bounce if you want more, or even add wrist weights. 😘
