This is a great live performance however my favorite one is either the George Harrison Rock & Roll Hall of Fame or the Kennedy Center Honors for Led Zeppelin performances.

Morgane is also talented in her own right. She does harmony with chris on stage and on recordings. They are sweet on stage, because they look at each other when they sing about romantic things. She's the one who gave Chris a push to perform his own songs. He has written many hits for other artists. She did a great service to music lovers everywhere. She is pregnant or already delivered their 5th child. Anyway, they brought the house down on this one.

As a working musician, I have been blessed enough to work with many famous musicians. I was hanging out with a particular hard rock/heavy metal star in a diner after a show and he started singing along with the muzak the restaurant was playing. I asked what he was doing and he told me that if you don't listen to EVERYTHING, you will miss out on so much good music.

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your "music experience". When I was very little, my momma introduced me to music. I started out with music like Del Shannon and Aretha . As I grew, so did my love of music .... I know and appreciate from classic rock to Rap to Top 40. I've been a Radio DJ\Personality for a little over 20 years, and it's been FUN! Hey, I get paid (not a TON of $) to do things I love, a lot of people can't say that. I think it's sad more people, especially younger generations don't venture out of one genre they feel comfortable with. It comes across as you are really eager to hear what else is out there! Thanks for doing this, hopefully you're introducing some new 'old' stuff to others. Keep up the good work!

This is still, 3+ years later, my pinned tweet! Whenever I need to go to church, I watch this. I watched it when it happened. I was on my feet in my house hollering at tv knowing I was watching history. Before this Chris has sold less than 40K albums. One week later he had sold over 500K!! This launched him across country and people who didn’t listen to country woke up when they heard this. It is truly amazing. I have heard some outstanding duets, live performances but still, in my mind, nothing yet compares to this. Glad you enjoyed it.

OMG! The addition of a horn section turns this song, which is fantastic on its own, into something other worldly. I'll show my age, and I hope people get the reference, but it has the flavor of Little Feat (Waiting for Columbus), with The Tower of Power horn section. That soulful, bluesy, jazzy sound that I love.
