Dr Bri. You have been and awesome person with the gifts that you share with everyone that needs help in this field. Especially the women that have gone through so much pain and trauma in their life. God used your experience and what you went through to help other women like me who couldn't get the real help that we needed from our own physical therapy and doctors in our areas. You have been a blessing. I have really been enjoying the bedtime and the one in Mexico. I prayed that God blesses you and your family. ❤
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. It means a great deal to me to hear that my videos have been a source of support and guidance for you during your healing journey. I am honored to be able to help and provide assistance to women who have experienced pain and trauma, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives. Your prayers and blessings are deeply appreciated, and I extend the same heartfelt wishes to you and your loved ones. May God continue to guide and bless you on your path to healing and well-being. Remember that you are not alone in this journey, and there are always resources and support available to you. Stay strong, keep believing in your own strength, and know that you have the power within you to overcome challenges and find joy in life. Thank you for your kind words and for being a part of the community. Take care, and may your future be filled with health, happiness, and fulfillment.
So little improves so much. From a hysterectomy and lack of guidance I have been losing my pelvic floor. Thank you for your gentle truly restorative instructions.
I cannot tell you what a huge difference your videos are making in my life. I am seeing a physiotherapist and she is wonderful but your videos are giving me the extra boost. I am getting better every day! Thank you!
Loved this one…so relaxing before bedtime!! Your content is so consistently professional. You are really amazing. Thank you for sharing such top quality material.
Brilliantly simple idea to add the rocking! I'm now adding gentle rocking motions to many of my pelvic tension exercises...Hopefully will make them more effective..
Can't wait to do it tonight. Ive been doing the 36 minute practice from month one of overcome pelvic pain in the evening before bed and it helps SO MUCH in relaxing my body and mind I preparation for a good night's sleep. I will do this tonight 🥰😍
Thanks, Bri! Just did this though its morning here. Even with working through OPP, I am so tight in the mornings. This with couple forward folds and hip circles were perfect to loosen things up for morning. But its always a great way to unwind at night also. Love your work and know you put so much of yourself out there for others. 🤗
Thank you Dr.Bri I’ve been watching all your videos and doing the stretches I have a tight pelvic floor from a fibroid surgery cause me lots of pain, but watching your videos and saying your affirmations gives me hope.
Time to spice things up a little bit. love your energy and your topics. a few tweaks will separate you from everyone else because you really are the best at what you do. Beloved!
Most relaxing exercise sequence I can recall doing!. My hamstrings r just very short and tight, so I gotta keep knees bent when u show leg straight out...But still, it was wonderful! Thank u so kindly, Dr Bri!
Thank u while i was doing these i felt tightness under my thighs... Strong one's .. what does that mean ? Also what would u suggest For frequency and also clitoral pain n spasm
I noticed that I unconsciously tighten my pelvic floor muscles while sleeping, especially when I'm falling asleep or waking up. This causes me to experience pain in the perineum the next day. It feels similar to clenching my jaw. What can I do to help my muscles relax while I sleep?
To help relax your pelvic floor muscles while sleeping, try progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises, and warm baths before bedtime. Additionally, consult a pelvic floor physical therapist or specialist for personalized guidance. Reducing stress during the day can also help prevent muscle tension at night. Experiment with different sleeping positions, such as using pillows for support. If the issue persists, seek professional advice. ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
Just had 1 query can I just do this exercise for relaxation and health..I don't have any pelvic pain or tension....is fine to do this exercise for person with healthy pelvic... thank you 🙏
Hi there! This could be due to many things, but I recommend checking out this video interview about the iliacus, a muscle that tends to hold a lot of tension, especially on the right side. It can lead to issues such as the one you've mentioned. th-cam.com/video/hm95ukVhuLQ/w-d-xo.html

Hi there! Are there any pelvic floor lifts during this or we relaxing it throughout? Thanks X
You're relaxing throughout! This routine isn't about strengthening... Just letting go and letting your muscles unwind.
@@vibrantpelvichealth love that. I thought so but I struggle with just letting go. I’ll get there!
