      Keep simmering fresh milk for 10s of minutes at low flame. Stir it well, occasionally.
      You have condensed milk ready for use.

      It's not certain. Depends on you how much quantity you want to make so accordingly second ration of sugar to water is approximately 1 cup :5 cups .

    These aren't authentic.....I was shocked for a while,,,..after looking deeply I recognized these bengali Desserts... well ,being a bengali I want to say something, we hardly use saffron in our cuisine...and we don't know Rasgulla,, It is always "ROSOGOLLA".

    All the recipies are good except that's not how bhapa doi is made. It's not supposed to be saffron-flavoured. Also, you need to caramelise sugar and add milk to that for making the authentic bhapa misti doi.
