    Always work with room-temperature ingredients.
    Don’t mix the batter for too long. The longer you mix the cheesecake batter, the batter becomes too runny and may cause the cheesecake to crack.
    Please note - do not use a wired balloon whisk for making the batter.
    Wait… Wait and Wait until cheesecake sets and chill completely in refrigerator, minimum about 3 hours or overnight.
    If you eat the cheesecake before chilling, it will have a flan kind of texture. And you will think that you have done something wrong or this recipe is not worth trying. So if you want velvety, creamy, and lush cheesecake, Please let it chill overnight before cutting it.
    Cheesecake is done when it looks slightly underdone. You’ll see the edges set, while the centers appear a bit jiggly. As it cools, the cheesecake will continue to set.

    How long would this stay fresh in refrigerator ? Can I keep it for 7-8 days?

      It stays fresh up to 5 days. I haven't tried keeping it longer than that.

    Can we do it in a 6inch cheesecake mould instead of cupcake?what wud thebalung time then?

      yes you can. The mentioned quantity wont fit in 6 inch cake mould. You will need 7 or 9 inch mould. The baking would be 45 minutes to one hour (depending on the size of the pan)

    Heavy cream means Amul fresh cream or non dairy whipped cream

      I have never used oven with rods.... I am really sorry.

      @@lightningcat9327 we dont get wet inside. The trick here is, once the cake is baked, let it rest for at least an hour in pan itself and 3 to 4 hours in the fridge.

      @@Cookingcarnival Aah ok but my point is always I heard every oven is different and that take different time so here my point exactly when to bring out ? In normal cakes tooth pick is dry then bring your cake out. Here must be something before removing out? Sorry I with my lots of query as I never tried my hands on cheese cake n I want to know. Like people says water bath , towel wrap. Etc & you did nothing. So make me more crucias
