wood turning and carving a clock with wings

- This is a video about time flying when you're having fun. I start with 2 blanks of walnut that I glue together for the clock body Then carve two wings from lime wood. These i prime then paint with black paint before covering with gold leaf......I'm very pleased with the results!
I glue the wings to the clock with epoxy. The face is made from 3 mm ply painted grey with oak plugs for the numbers. It looks great on my wall of clocks.
