Rocky Point Super Walmart

Rocky Point Sonora Mexico has a Sam's Club and Bodega Aurrera, both Walmart owned. Now Super Walmart is coming. Is this good or bad? Parts of the world are not welcoming foreigners because of the gentrification and higher prices this brings.
I like the idea.
