Love the video great job! But I have to agree these cookie cutter homes are just no good for 470+ you don't get much and the house is really small for that price. Really looks like a very low 300s house. Keep up the good work though enjoyed the commentary.

I am not impressed. I was expecting a lot more for half a million bucks. I will say it depends on where you live. That money here in south Georgia would go farther . The home is okay looking . I do really like this man's accent. Good video keep up the good work.

1500 sq ft is how much? It looks like it made of cardboard....and 2 stories in the desert, good luck cooling that crap..some dumb 30 something will buy that, live in it a year, a put it on the market because they cant afford it....smh
