Until now, this Las Vegas Estate is still on the market for $12.5M now. I wish this is still on the market 10 years from now so that I can buy this mansion. And I wish this will be like $8-10M and it's worth it for me in that price. Yes, this was built way back in 1995 but I like it even more. It's a vintage in exterior and in interior is a mix of modern and old fashion designs. I love it!

This video lied. The house is not in Las Vegas. It sits in Spring Valley NV which is extremely close to Las Vegas but still not Las Vegas.
It's in the Las Vegas valley. Same area code. Same county. It's a neighborhood in Vegas. Just like summerlin... Kind of.

Timeless design. Won’t be for everyone, hence why it’s still on market, but this will definitely attract the buyer who likes it exactly for what it is. Others can find something cheaper and renovated for $10M less. This is pretty amazing IMO, both from curb appeal to the interior and exterior design. Very hard for me to tag it outdated without first appreciating the architecture
