Love the video great job! But I have to agree these cookie cutter homes are just no good for 470+ you don't get much and the house is really small for that price. Really looks like a very low 300s house. Keep up the good work though enjoyed the commentary.

I am not impressed. I was expecting a lot more for half a million bucks. I will say it depends on where you live. That money here in south Georgia would go farther . The home is okay looking . I do really like this man's accent. Good video keep up the good work.

You are so nice and it's terrible that you had to do A. Review on these homes. They are really Poorly constructed and very cheap for almost a half a million dollars. There's no window trim around the windows. The windows look like th. They are plastic and not wood with an aluminum clad on the outside, so they are very cheap. The bathrooms are also very poorly done instead. Of using tile on the walls or Stone again. They have plastic surrounds really poor quality for a home of that price. And then there's no backyard to enjoy. It's all cement and it's very small. The front of the house is all garage. It's just like they packed as many homes. As they could in that space without any consideration. And they could have done two master suites, one on the first floor and then one on the top floor if people are older or retiring, they're not gonna want to do deal with all those stairs or even if you have an injury, that's not a good plan

2 story house is terrible enough with stairs let alone 3 stories... lol i aint walking up and down of those stairs 20 times a day thats for sure... lol

This floor plan is awful. I was waiting for a rooftop deck, there is no other reason for this to be 3 stories. That weird room downstairs can't be a bedroom because it leads to the yard, how are ppl going to go out? And they had a perfect window to put the kitchen sink, instead they put it in the island facing a wall.

This house has a nice flow. I like the way it's setup.

I cannot stress this enough, these are built cheap and over priced. I bought one another state. Another thing about these homes are HOAs which is a money pit but don’t do shit. $400k is just an artificial price but in actuality you’re paying a lot more besides your mortgage.

Just looked yesterday 12/26/23. We like everything accept location NE not really like. although surprisingly quiet. The only entrance to community is right infront of a elementary school. They do have some awesome incentives like no HOA for first year & builder is offering 2% buy down interest rates.

I loved the fact that it has recessed lighting in all the rooms, saved the new owner about 2.5k from having it done later. 9' ceiling on the 2nd floor shows that they don't cut corners. Just wish that they leave more space to the sides of the property, as always. Great showing as always.

Beautiful house. The hoa is way too high along with the price of the house. The courtyard is something that my wife would love and my dog. The wife drinking her Armenian coffee there and the dog standing up and her paws on the wall and taking in the outside activities of the neighbors.

Nice house and great lot sizes. The price is about 20k to 25k over valued a bit to me though for an hour out drive to the strip. Love that there is no hoa. Does it have city sewer and natural gas pipeline to the house?
