I've never played the game Skyrim but I am reliably informed that Geoff is an Imperial Barbarian, Cesar a Dunmer (dark elf) Battlemage, Omar a Bosmer (wood elf) Archer, Eli a Breton Necromancer, and Layne a Nord Jarl. I love this amazing arrangement from Geoff. I'm already a subscriber here and a patron of VoicePlay.
Gotta love the intricacies of Dovahzul linguisticaly speaking and the arrangement, the voices, the costumes and moves and effects like the ones on fus roh da....they killed it

I also checked to see if you had done Dragonborn yet because that was going to be my next recommendation. I’m really glad you liked it. Please go back and listen again. At the FUS RO DAH section pay attention. Through special effects, you can see the push force from their mouths. It’s very cool.
Just a note. Cesar is wearing a 20 pound chain mail shirt in addition to the gauntlets and the breast plate. He’s not a real big guy and between takes he had to lie on the floor to relieve the pressure on the shoulders.
If you read the comments in other reaction videos they’ll identify who each of them is representing. For a fun reaction you might go over and check out the one by What It Do Dave. He was a big Skyrim fan and there were times when I thought he was going to cry he was so happy. When I’m in a bad mood I go watch that.
I am not a gamer - I’m an old lady in my 70s - but the music is phenomenal and I have looped it on Spotify for hours at a time just because it’s so beautiful.
I do have one request. Please, please, please stop with the background music while you’re watching the videos. iIt’s really distracting to hear some other song in the middle of those dramatic pauses.

Give her Disney VoicePlay Medleys. Loved this but am also a gamer. My grown granddaughters love Skyrim. My big hook is RPGs Guild Wars 2, love flying around a map on the back of my dragon. and Diablo 3. Have played FPS games, Halo, Unreal Tournament, etc.
I meant to comment on your previous VoicePlay video, but then I saw you'd posted this one and couldn't click fast enough. VoicePlay have turned out another stellar performance with this one, haven't they? I'm not a gamer, but this one still gives me chills all the same! And I was thinking about what VoicePlay Disney video Destiny might love, and if she's a Little Mermaid fan then you guys should definitely check out their Little Mermaid medley. You'll come away from it feeling as though you've just watched the movie all over again- no lie! Similarly, their Moana medley is also amazing, and both medleys once again feature Rachel Potter (who sang with them in the Greatest Showman video you just watched).
Any and allll VoicePlay! My Mother Told Me, Halo, Oogie Boogie, Queen medley, ...its a rabbit hole!

Voice Play does so much across all genres, they research their material so that the settings don’t clash and spoil it for the ones that are deeply invested in the genre, but their focus is to professionally produce the best arranged music possible with their voices.
Glad you reacted to this and enjoyed it! I’m not much of a gamer, I’ve only played Fable and some Red Dead Redemption, but I loved this cover! I recommend “If I were a Rich Man/Girl”. Wasn't star wars music but no worries it was a test to see if it helped videos on copyright issues we tried it for the week and it did not really affect anything

Love the reaction! My same feelings when i first watched this. I then had to go seeking out if other fans reacted to this too and yours is wo derful! This song was my first intro to the group and i am in love with Geoff's voice. His version of Misty Mountain Low, soo dang cool.

Her fans loved her Skyrim and Elder Scrolls Online covers so much that they successfully petitioned Bethesda to have her made a Bard in Elder Scrolls Online! ( Her covers are very Bard-like. She even recently had a Mandolin specially crafted to do her music. She recently did a remake for the Skyrim Anniversary) She even wrote an original piece for Elder Scrolls called Vokul Fen Mah. Peter Hollens also does several of Skyrim's songs with her and solo. His solo cover of this is beautiful. His cover of the Skyrim theme with violinist Lindsey Sterling is epic.

My only recommendation here is to maybe stop the Star Wars music in the background during a song reaction. While I love it all, it does clash a bit for your followers that hear it all. Bloody nice setup too!

I love their version of "The Dragonborn Comes". They also have some more Disney and Nightmare Before Christmas songs. I also love their "Kidnap the Santa Claus" and their melodies "The Little Mermaid" and "Moana". I also love Geoff's versions of "Sixteen Tons", "House of the Rising Sun" and "Monster Mash".

At low level you're more like "oh sh.. I'm gonna fight for my life against this mighty dragon" Later you're more like "do you mind? I'm gathering herbs here.."

anyone can learn the thu'um or the shouts. it just takes years of practice but because the dragonborn has the soul of the dragon they can do it as easily as breathing as its their birth right
I've never played the game but my son jake does, he said he loves it starting in a low voice as he said in the game its sung by higher voices.

Yet another comment from me... I noticed you haven’t got all that many views on this. Seeing as I’ve searched for reactions and I usually watch yours but this didn’t show until I actually looked up your VoicePlay list (to check which Disney medleys you had reacted to), I wonder if you usually tag your reactions or something and forgot to do that with this? Is that fixable now? Or you could perhaps take it down and put it back with the settings again.

Play it again & listen , at the end there is a thump as they walk away. Several times during the song you will hear it again as a thump thump thump. I believe Layne made those sounds, as he knows how to do. It's as if the dragon is fallen, or beating on the door, I am just guessing as to why it was added in.

I have discovered a new, pretty unknown guy named Tommy Johansson. He is most known to be one of the guitar players in the metal band Sabaton, but he is so much more. A really creative guy, a virtuos on both guitar and piano and an incredible singer. Listen to his other band, Majestica and the song Above the sky. You won't believe your ears
Skyrim is my GOAT as far as games. I was so looking forward to this but not sure I'm keen on the VP version of it. There is a youtuber, LEAH, that does an amazing job at Dragonborn Comes. You might want to check it out.
Peter Hollens also had done an amazing cover of theme song, and i mean the solo version not the one where he collaborated with a violinist and cosplayed
I don’t play the game ( because I don’t like playing these games) but I love watching others play my best friend and her grandkids will spend a weekend together and have 3 TV’s going. ( I usually follow the older grandchild she’s more experienced) she’s always helping the other 2. But I love the game. I love this version better than others I’ve heard.

I wanna add that as much as I enjoy your reactions, I agree with Janet regarding the background music. It clashes with the video you’re reacting to so it sounds quite bad. Maybe it’s a copyright thing? VoicePlay usually don’t block videos but I’ve heard some reactors who’ve had videos blocked lately.

They're not necessarily all dragonborns in the video, anyone can actually learn and use Thuum. The difference being that for the dragonborn it comes naturally because he has the soul of a dragon while for regular people it can take up to decades to master a single word but it is possible. The best examples of that are the greybeards who are just humans but their mastery is so high that they are even able to teach you. Ulfric Stormcloak is also an exemple as are all the draugr that you encounter in ruins who can also shout.

I love epic fantasy music even though I’m not a gamer. But Destiny would probably like “Little Mermaid Medley” or “Moana Medley” more. Or Geoff Castellucci’s version of “Bear Necessities”. Thanks for your reaction

Love your vids, but please don't play background music when reacting to music. It conflicts with what is meant to be being heard. Other than that you're the best. Keep the vids comin!

Sorry about that we did it was requested to test it on a couple videos for copyright issues and it didnt affect anything so we did not do it anymore :)

oh we was told that the music would help it not be copyrighted it didn't help lol so we no longer do background music
@@SilverDestinyReactions Oh😂 I did not even think of that😅 But as I said, it was a great reaction otherwise👍🏻😃 Perhaps partially obscuring the video might help against copyright strikes? Like a logo, or making it slightly hazy.
For future ref. Wene you actually do your reactions, cut off the background music. It bleeds over severely into the video so your audience cannot get the full experience of you video.
Its ok to have the background music going while you have the video you're reacting to paused and you are talking but you should definitely make sure to cut off your BGM while the video is actually playing.
We did it as a test for the videos being released for one week to see if it actually helps with any copyright issues the verdict was no it does not help lol so it will not be there anymore
