Last night while sleeping my budgie started throwing up (i think) there were seeds coming out of him for like 1 minute and than he stoped. I was watching over him all night he stoped and it didn’t happened again, his poop is kind of greenish and watery today, but he is cheerful singing and playing. Any idea why he did that? Thanks for the video very helpful
I have never lost a budgie due to natural cause of death. Out of all the 7 budgies I have owned, 3 of them flew out through a window. One was eaten by my cat and one was stolen from me 😢. I now only have 2 budgies.
We lost one that was only 2 years old due to an undetected cancer. She possibly could have been saved if we had noticed sooner. Her right wing wasn't folding flat against her body. The cancer appeared like a small blueberry under her wing. The vet said there was nothing he could do because it only takes the loss of 10 to 12 drops of blood and they're gone. He offered to euthanize her. We decided to take her home and let her have life with her cage mates. She lived and had fun with her pals for 4 more months until the inevitable happened. It was heartbreaking. Body inspections are a must! Look everywhere for abnormal growths. Budgies are highly interbred which can lead to problems like this.

Hello, I have 2 pairs of budgies. They have been mating for 20 days but the egg has not come. What do you think is the problem? I would be happy if you could answer. Have a nice day.
There are many may reasons. If your budgies have been mating for 20 days and there are no eggs, here are some possible reasons: 1. Female’s Age: Ensure the female is at least 1 year old but not older than 4 years, as younger or older females may have trouble laying eggs. 2. Nesting Box: Make sure they have a proper nesting box with soft bedding (like wood shavings) to encourage egg-laying. 3. Diet: Provide a calcium-rich diet (cuttlefish bone, mineral blocks, crushed eggshells) along with a variety of seeds, pellets, and fresh vegetables. Calcium is essential for egg production. 4. Environment: Keep their cage in a quiet and safe area with consistent light and temperature. Stress can delay or prevent egg-laying. 5. Compatibility: Sometimes budgies mate but aren’t fully compatible as breeding partners. 6. Health Issues: The female might have underlying health problems. Consider consulting an avian vet to rule out issues like egg-binding or reproductive complications. Be patient, as sometimes it takes time for the female to lay eggs after mating. Continue providing optimal conditions and monitor them closely!
@dennythebudgie 1. The bird's age is estimated to be 3 2. There is sawdust in our nest 3. Vegetables and fruits such as eggs and carrots are given 4. There is constant light and the temperature is regular but they stay with us and see us 5. Female green spotted male white and blue

Just give her time to settle in. Feed her from hand, talk and don't force to do things.
❤
😃😃👏👏💚💚🇩🇴👍
Pls make a video of breeding of budgies in small cage
They need space for breeding, great diet with lots of proteins and calcium. And also some privacy. You can find many breeding videos on my channel
