i think both of them look fantastic but you can really see your improvement as an artist and an increase in how comfortable you are with using ur mediums and the techniques and i think that’s so cool!! :D
For lining, I've found that the Sharpie S gel pens are really good! They're water based, so you can't use them with watercolours, but I've used them many times with my alcohol markers and it hasn't bled once! A 4 pack on amazon is ~4 bucks. For me they've lasted a good while lol
