    do you need to rebalance the tires?

      You only have the balance the tires when they are initially installed on to the rim

    a question. Why did you remove the downforce winglets? They didn't work for you?

      They’re not really downforce winglets in this application just cosmetic. This is my track bike so ended up taking them off

    I’m having a hard time finding a stand for my wife’s 2023 ninja 400. Revzilla didn’t have anything, I don’t understand

      Pitbull stands are great although a bit expensive
      www.pit-bull.com/kawasaki-ninja-400-motorcycles
      Here is an Amazon one that would work

    What stands are you using?

    • @Rex1000_RR
      @Rex1000_RR  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m not sure the brand. Just some cheap ones I got off amazon years ago. Def not the best.
      Pitbull stands are great and honestly for a front stand if you don’t have a spool then much safer and easier to get the stand that inserts into your lower triple tree (steering stem). Rears def want to use spool stands def makes it much easier/safer as well

    At how many miles more or less did your tire wear indicate it’s time for a change , based on how you’ve been riding and your local roads ?

    • @Rex1000_RR
      @Rex1000_RR  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’m just under 4k miles now and def had a lot more to go. Hard to say exactly how much tho. Front def had a lot more to go than rear. Road condition and riding style def play a big role in how long tires last. In Florida we have a lot of straight roads so more likely for the tire becoming squared off as well.
      Always important to do a pre-ride inspections and pay attention to those wear bars

    When my brake caliper fell like yours did a bit of fluid came out. Should I worry about that?

    • @Rex1000_RR
      @Rex1000_RR  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That’s seems odd to me was it brake fluid? That system needs to be air-tight otherwise you won’t have proper brake pressure. Def want to try to verify where the fluid came from. Check the pads and make sure the pistons aren’t pitted. Maybe afterwords quickly bleed the brakes and top off your brake fluid. Make sure you have strong brake pressure before you ride.
