My understanding is it's assembled in the US but made of Chinisium.

THis was on loan so I had to return it to Blade Ops

Bought one and sent it back due to dull blade that ripped paper and the handle is too big in proportion to the blade.
Then we come to Cobratec. This is not a USA made OTF. It’s an assembled in the USA OTF. Cobratec imports the parts from China to Texas and assembles the knives there, hence the low cost on this and Cobratec’s own offerings.

Where is it made in Texas? Curious why it doesn't have where is made anywhere on the knife

@@jimyjamm It’s only assembled in Texas from outsourced parts.

@@sturmgewehr70 I found that it's made in a place about 2 hours south of Dallas. They are sold as "made in the USA". I'm happy with the purchase. I'd like the Made in Texas logo etched on it.

Over 100 bucks is not a budget OTF lol

Americans are biased. This is German quality, and should not be compared to Microtech. This is a class in its own. Great handle, great shape, great action. Good price. What else do you need?
