    Nice machine, I can see the benefits around the farm, ranch, hunting property, or just from rural home.

    I’ve got about 300 miles on mine now. Once you drive one, it’s hard to go back to gas.

    I’m not a huge fan of electric vehicles but this one really sparks my interest. Be perfect for hunting. I’d like to put arched forward a-arms and 35” tire and use this for rock crawling or technical trails. Be perfect

    I'd really like to know just how waterproof these are can they ford a decent stream several times to get to the back of my farm. would love to see a video of one crossing streams.

    Hey! Need support. New Kinetic and have a flashing Dash.

    Probably would be a heck of a lot cheaper just to have my old Polaris ranger EV converted to lithium battery.

      You can get 12v and 48v LFP batteries to replace the lead acid, probally have to change the charger also

    Why don't you offer a Kinetic crew? and why does your Kinetic with 30KwH battery 110Hp motor cost as much or more ($38K) than a Tesla model 3 which has a 50kwh battery, 283 hp motor, seats 5, paint, airbags, climate control, and massive list of things that the Kinetic doesn't need to have? The kinetic should be A LOT cheaper than what you sell it for. And the tesla is actually 7000 cheaper when you include the tax credit.

      Please try to arrange trip with Kinetic & Tesla. On the same, off-road terrain ;)

      @Thebackson ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@Frizzol02 I don't know if you are just trolling or being ignorant, yes I realize they are not built for the same purpose, but the Tesla has much more expensive component and a much more expensive build process with paint and many many more parts that the kinetic doesn't have. The kinetic shares the vast majority of the parts of a regular ranger and even has less parts when you remove the radiators and the CVT and many other parts related to the engine. The Kinetic is way overpriced.

      If you actually want the answer to your second question: Economies of Scale. “Economies of scale occur when the average cost of producing each unit of output decreases as the total volume of production increases. In simple terms, it's the idea that larger-scale production leads to lower average costs per unit.”

      @@Thebackson But please compare battery price for both vehicles. This is main driver of price for sure. And as above comment, please do not compare automotive qty vs off-road production.
      Still, please go with both vehicles to the field and spend one day in hard terrain on work near farm.

    • @Thebackson
      @Thebackson ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@PhilipBlank Yes, and Polaris has the same economies of scale they have always had. The Kinetic is just a ranger XP 1000 which is a 21k MSRP. Except they didn't put in an Engine, a CVT, Radiators, gas tank, and all the hoses and belts connecting everything to each other. They instead put in an electric motor and 2 batteries all of which are massed produced by Zero. If you are trying to say that costs an additional 18k nearly doubling the price of the vehicle, then they need to find a better partner/supplier cause they are getting ripped off.

      I have yet to see anyone with a ranger drive 80 miles without coming back to civilization, I'm sure it happens but there is probably quite a bit of people who this would work for besides farm work. I see people driving around their neighborhoods, or taking them out for a trail ride, but 80 miles in a ranger would be miserable. No one is forcing you to get one, but the kinetic doesn't have belts that wear, engines that have to be rebuilt every thousand hours. It is quiet yet more powerful. Too each their own.

      @@dundonrl I don't need them. Never carried gas and went on rides that went all friggen day. I was happy to be home! And that same thing applies to my Kinetic. The "carry a gas can" thing is a tired and worn out red herring. Used by the inexperienced to calm themselves from the scary unknown.
