Been driving a 2014 Mazda 3 and its good without any problems since 2019 I could imagine this new Mazda is defiantly going to be good for years to come
I want to apologize to anyone looking forward to my two comparisons videos with the 2019 Mazda3. Some significant and unforeseen errors have caused these two videos to be something I cannot share on the channel. I'm certain I'll receive a Mazda3 hatch in the coming months so a proper in-depth comparison will be due when that car shows up. Apologies again - Max
Nice review bro , however , you never shared the fact that it comes with premium audio Bose speakers , as an audio guy i alwaya focus on audio more in a car , and hence it is another prominent thing in mazda 3 , the premium speakers and their premium look
There is a setting to see the cylinder deactivation it’s an animated display in the system . Just click information then fuel efficiency monitor . Click down and select energy flow monitor
Hopefully Mazda will find a solution to replace the piano black as it's Always the complaint of most reviewers here, maybe a metallic surface like some luxury brand and it doesn't add so much in the pricing as long as the consumers is happy.
How does the engine lose steam at 4000 rpm? Shouldn’t it keep pulling harder as you get to redline? Because it’s NA so it should be very linear in theory? (Let’s forget about the BRZ torque curve)
I have to ask you though, this particular car.. How do you find taking off on a hill after a red light stop? My MILS Chevy cruize rolls back, and was a bit worried about this for this car.
gorgeous car, quantum leap forward for the segment and mazda but to compare it to a bmw 3-series? C'mon, you can argue that it's better looking baed on personal taste but it simply won't feel like a 3-series' hickory smooth engine and genuinely premium new interior
I think they're no comparing this to 3 series, it is the 118i or 120i could be comparable with this as the 3 series is much bigger ang longer and more premium.
@@johnnytampocao7671 1 series is way too small This is closer in size to the three series and in interior exterior fit and finish With awd and fwd it will not handle as well and Mazda is lacking on any more powerful engine choices But the 2.5 turbo will eventually make it 3 It will be interesting
Bmws suck. This car will last way longer than any comparable bmw. Would you rather be driving or looking at a broke down 50k plus ride in your drive way. Lol
With the latest Nissan Altima now available with AWD, I’m sure others brands are thinking about whether or not they will be offering AWD in their midsize sedans
I doubt even if the 6 has AWD it wouldn’t sell well...they just added the 2.5L turbo to the 6 and it still didn’t sell much despite people clamouring for more power...now people asking for AWD? After that what’s next? Unfortunately the 6 despite being one of the best cars in its class is a car that nobody buys! The sad part is that most buyers don’t even consider Mazda and just go straight to Camry/Accord...all the rest of the brands just fight amongst themselves for volume and market share.
@@ztekz the handling went done a notch and the tune is not for instant speed the accord beats it in speed and handling by a big margin but loses in looks interior refinement etc
@@Tigerex966 How do you figure the handling went down. The solid rear is what your referring to? It has no bering on the handling according to many. The set up is way different compared to other solid rear suspensions. Read up.
Mazda doesn’t need to worry about a luxury brand because they don’t have one lol. So they can go all out on there mainstream brand which is good for them.
I’m a hatchback diehard, so I’d say the hatchback. But if you really don’t need the extra space, or want a lower price-point, the sedan is hard to fault
@@techtim123 Mmm, still like my future classic 07' better. Lol. This will be new commuter next year once the bugs get worked out. Fog lights return? I think so.

Wireless charging is available as a dealer-installed option. Great review though, keep up the good work Max!
Thanks for the review Max. I always appreciate your detailed positive and negative honesty. Oh and the beautiful senery from out west!
I love the Mazda 3, I own a 2008 and looking to buy the 2019 soon! Thanks very much for the review on it.
Thanks for watching!

Gorgeous car, the other cars in the segment are simply not as attractive.

2021 Mazda 3 GT Soul Red on the train going east right now :)

Hello! Thank you for the review. Would you recommend this as a first car? I’m 25!
Great looking car. But my state requires a front license plate and I just don't see where it would go.
Maybe they would use the tow hook location like a McLaren?
Reminds me of the Acura TSX from years ago, only better looking.
Tigerex966 Spot on. And not until now have I considered to finally say farewell to my TSX/CL7.

Hatch a3 or hit se or higher trims should be great
Nice. With AWD a much better alternative to the Impreza.
Mazda needs to put the AWD system in the Mazda 6 turbo ASAP!

Beautiful magic simple i love that....
Should I get the Hatch back or sedan?

TheDriveGuyde yeah I’ve had sedans all my life and the hatch looks really good and sporty and i like the glossy black in the front
Both
The black accents with the new flat grey is a stunning looking car
Sedan is slightly bigger, I love the look of the sedan
Nice fantastic car.
Undoubtedly the best mainstream brand out there toyota Hyundai kia and some german cars are just overrated
