Glad to hear that and thanks for watching!
My great grammy drank Gaelic tea everyday. She lived to be 94 and still lugged in her own fire wood. It was after she buried her third child she passed away.
Wow, she was a strong woman! Thanks for watching!
That’s pretty based
Siddallizedpeople 4327,,, was that Irish or Scottish gaelic tea ???.. 🍵 🤔,, sorry I know it was a typing error obviously but being Irish I couldn't resist replying 😉 🧄😇🥰❤
Long live her, natural medicine goes a longggg way
I drink one cup of this mixture every day in the evening in the winter months if I have a cold and continue to drink it for 3 days after my cold clears. However, I use a lot more garlic and ginger and I crush them to get all the juice out. I also use Manuka Honey which is a bit expensive but it has antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. DO NOT however put the honey into a boiling cup, wait for the tea to cool down a little before putting the honey in.
Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching.
Also lemon shouldn't be boiled.
Hi thanks for that. but why should not I put honey in a boiling cup?
@@ngoniwellymugombi7090 it will lose its properties and benefits

These herbs are anti inflammatory and good for boosting your immunity. Thanks for watching!
What are the best time to be taking it
It really does not matter, I usually have my tea in the morning.
Can it lower cholesterol??
Yes, ginger, garlic, and lemon tea may help support lower cholesterol levels. Each ingredient has compounds with potential heart-healthy benefits:
1. Ginger contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which can support cardiovascular health and may help reduce total cholesterol and LDL (“bad”) cholesterol.
2. Garlic is rich in allicin, a compound shown to lower LDL cholesterol and support blood vessel health. Consuming garlic regularly has been associated with reduced cholesterol levels and may also help lower blood pressure.
3. Lemon is high in vitamin C and antioxidants, which support heart health. Its soluble fiber, pectin, can also assist in reducing cholesterol absorption when taken in higher amounts (more so from whole lemons than juice alone).
When combined in tea, these ingredients may provide a gentle, complementary effect, but for significant cholesterol reduction, dietary and lifestyle changes are generally needed. Regularly drinking this tea may support your overall health, but check with your doctor if you’re looking to manage cholesterol specifically.

Should I drink it, without any reservation ? 4. If I take it or drink the said solution along with little 💧 water to dispel its rich and annoying smell.

It should not be a problem but if you are unsure see your health care provider. Thanks for watching!
@@laurafordesvideos ok sis
Can I make this drink without boiling the water?
No you need to heat to draw out the active ingredients.
I disagree. I drink lemonade ginger water 💧 but instead of letting it boil. I let it soak in my pitcher of water for ,24 before drinking and I can definitely taste it.
@@Kidvr247 Well, clearly you let it *SOAK* to draw out the active ingredients. She boiled it to do the same.

Very nice. Thanks for watching!
Can I use milk?
I would not recommend using milk. This is anti inflammatory and milk can be inflammatory. Thanks for watching!
THANK YOU
You are welcome!
How many times a day should I drink this tea?
Once is good.
7 days
Hii how many days we use this drink
Once a person has no contraindications with other medications they can theoretically drink a cup a day. But if you wish you can drink it a few times a week. So moderation is the key, ginger is heated, so that is why you would want to also drink other cooling teas as well. Mix things up...
Can we use any other product instead of Honey?
Of course you can, you can tailor it to meet your preferences. Thanks for watching!
Nice ji good
Thanks and thanks for watching!
I would’ve never thought to put garlic in tea. I don’t like Ginger so much.
You can give it a try. Thanks for watching!
Do you think ginger and garlic may possibly kill bacteria?
Yes garlic and ginger are anti-bacterial
Yup
Esko boil nhi karna padta agar boil kiya to vitamin and minerals loss hota hy eako kaccha khana padta hy ya fir pis k khana padta hy
I did not boil it but allowed it to steep in hot water for 10 mins.
Crush karne ki jarurath nahi he kya ginger and garlic ko
Boiling water kills all active/healing ingredients in ginger, garlic and honey. So don't go over 70 celcius with ginger and garlic and 40 celcius with honey.
Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching!
Honey should not be added in hot water
Thanks for sharing and thanks for watching.
