Paul caddis absolute birmingham legend, gave his all for the club, loved by the fans and saved us.... If caddis does see this(we fucking love you at birmingham)..... Nothing more to be said....
Coached his brother Dylan when he was a lot younger. Naturally gifted keeper who was also really good with his feet. A talented family. I think all the boys played at various levels.
The Gordon Strachan impressions were pretty good. Great to hear how much playing for Scotland meant to him as well. Another great episode guys, thanks.
Here’s hoping Caddis becomes a legend at Hereford! He’s made a pretty good impression with the fans so far. He’s got one player signed on for next season so it’ll be his team. COYW!
Paul Caddis Though he never got on the pitch much with my beloved Rovers and almost became some sort of a cultish legend between me and my mates. We called him Caddisinho as we decided that he possessed the flair of a Brazilian based upon the drunken stupor of a few too many cans of Stella and the delirium that ensues
Class interview, I have heard plenty of the stories about Graveson and Di Canio from listening to Si on here and also watching Si's own podcast Open Goal, and id heard Caddis was a good lad but as a Rangers fan I had never even heard him speak or seen him do any interviews but really enjoyed this, he was a decent player, quite under rated actually but he's good at talking and delivering a story, very funny and a top lad!
He is a funny lad, great interview and fascinating stories. I actually liked Graveson headlocking people and sitting in a corner like that stuck! What the heck haha!
May sound strange as we won a cup in 2011, but Paul Caddis my favourite ever moment as a Birmingham fan. Forever loved by all of us at St Andrew’s. Kro
I agree mate i went to brugge aswell and Wembley bur ive always said bolton away was the best if we had gone down we would of possibly just got worse and worse I no not much has changed since then but he saved our club
Another class interview lads 👏👏 Cadds lived the dream n wore the hoops 🍀 some funny as fuck stories, yous need to get Charlie Mulgrew on, that would be sensational 😂😂
Edin Rahic fucked us right up by trying to run everything...Caddis was brilliant 4 us and was gutted when they stupidly fucked him off...We are now only recovering from the Rahic mess and like Caddis said he came to us at the wrong time...Superb video lads yet again...👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 P.s great choice on the Jam...no bits is the bomb 💣 😉
Love Caddy, thought he looked good at Celtic and we should have kept him, just shows how bad Lennon really was at identifying good players! Followed his career and was pleased to see him do well at Birmingham, sounds a character too, great interview!
Would liked to have seen Paul back at Celtic at some point in his career, he was good enough. Should have played for Scotland too. Very underrated full-back.
@@DW-bz2pi van dijk McGinn Forster Robertson tierney and then you’ve got boys like Christie hickey Gilmour Armstrong McArthur who’ve all had good years down there as well as Petrov Arteta di Canio viduka for days gone by and that’s just off my head the arrogance from people in England is unbelievable as if the budgets aren’t the big difference between clubs
Old school football sure was different You can see todays players, they just are not the same anymore There is also no pride in playing for teams, as you had to go through so much to get there. Imagine all the great players of the past had to earn there dues Todays footballers get everything from age of 4 if they can kick a football. Amazing difference, but i agree with the player, as he said he would rather football to be like how he grew up in, then todays football world.
Loved the story about Ravel Morrison. Now he’s managing my club Hereford. Nothing but impressed with him. Hopefully he’ll become a Hereford legend too.
Not listened to this one yet but can tell it's a good one, what a series this has been, would love you guys to get Warnock on when he retires again 😂 Stan Ternent as well, Jefferson Louis, Roy Essandoh, Dale Jennings, Rohan Ricketts and Sergio Torres are some suggestions that i think would be great guests to get on.
Was he at everton as well ? Remember him at Birmingham like . Just something in my head says hecwas ? Probably not . Excuse my ignorance. . Great player thkugh . And from yhis podcast a great gella 👍👍
How many episodes in are we now? but never been as gutted as when Browny mentioned his 2 goals he scored that got chalked off because the game was abandoned, I mean how's your luck ?
AC Milan as a boy .. then was different class in the prem man unt wanted him.. guy was still playing in seria A at Lazio banging in goals in his late 30s .. his football upbringing in Italy was probably more professional than guys playing at Swindon.. and probably couldn't understand how players couldn't or wouldn't do the things that make you as good a footballer he was .. di canio was a top class player.. was probably still the best player at Swindon in training when he was retired and a manager getting angry wondering how players couldn't do things he could.. but no everyone is as technically gifted as di canio was.. think that was Roy Keane problem expected players to have the standards he did as a player and when they weren't he couldn't understand how players couldn't do what he could on the pitch or have the same dedication to football.. where as guys like Jose mourinho arsen Wenger Alex Ferguson'.. they weren't top class players neither was klopp.. but they seem to be better at management than they were playing
