Many people claiming to be Protestant have no idea about and no interest in religion. Generally more Catholics follow their faith, but nowhere near like previous generations. I'd be curious to know what percentage of fans of both clubs are actual believers of the religion they claim to follow.

genuinely well made documentary. Grew up in Canada but my father was a Celtic fan growing up before he moved out of Glasgow. He told me stories of the rivalry and you captured it brilliantly.
This is actually an incredibly tame account of the true nature of the Glasgow derby. For starters, it’s nowhere near the level it was once at, and it never will return there, since the Huns died in 2012.

I think it’s really interesting to hear her man at 9:00. I’ve struggled with my mental health from an early age, and always agreed with the people that said “90 minute bigots” and the rangers fan who said that you can forget your problems for 90 minutes. The guy said “every day I wake up and fight my demons, today we fight the demon” is a very eloquent way of putting how it has always been to me. Well in, this is a class documentary. It really gets a lot of the intangibles that people can’t quite put in to words when describing the derby. Good job👏

I'm from London, Fulham FC are my first love but I also consider myself a pretty big Celtic fan and try and get to a few games up there a year or do a couple of Euro aways. I love the anti establishment factor and Irish history to the club. Im pretty clued up on it but having not been brought in Glasgow i dont think i can ever fully appreciate the impact the club has on peoples lives up there. I genuinely can't begin to imagine how depressing it must be to be a Rangers fan these days with Celtic so far ahead on and off the pitch.

I emigrated to New Zealand and it helped me look from the outside in . I love my team and I love my Celtic fan mates. I support Scotland too. Want to add here from California as a Celtic man, what a f-ing video! I respect the other side with what you show...Rangers are just as dedicated as we are, this is the greatest rivaly in football. So much history, religion, whatever, it's that passion that's brought through the generations. As an American when I watch these videos either on N. Ireland or this one on the rivalry of the two teams I can’t help but notice how much the Unionist/Loyalist remind me of American MAGA types.

Stayed in Glasgow to watch a show at the Hydro, had to go past a few bars full of Rangers fans as they were at home that day, absolute gentlemen, well behaved singing songs and full of great banter, a credit to their club. I can't judge or comment on the Celtic fans as I didn't go past a Celtic bar.

I'm from London, Fulham FC are my first love but I also consider myself a pretty big Celtic fan and try and get to a few games up there a year or do a couple of Euro aways. Im pretty clued up on it but having not been brought in Glasgow i dont think i can ever fully appreciate the impact the club has on peoples lives up there. As an American when I watch these videos either on N. Ireland or this one on the rivalry of the two teams I can’t help but notice how much the Unionist/Loyalist remind me of American MAGA types.

Stayed in Glasgow to watch a show at the Hydro, had to go past a few bars full of Rangers fans as they were at home that day, absolute gentlemen, well behaved singing songs and full of great banter, a credit to their club.
