Their are a bunch of companies which will supply turnkey solutions. You send them designs and have a link to your landing page on their site, and they put the money in your bank account.
      Want to make more money?
Compile a list over a month of who wants what and then bill them for delivery. Put the money in escrow account so it can be returned if necessary Send the list to a printer. Have the printer send the bulk, whatever it is, order to a fulfilment company, send the fulfilment company your list of orders & addresses. Wait for fuliment company to bill you and then move money to your account.
Want a bigger cut of apparel. Then have a printing company print you a bunch of screen print transfers. You use a heated press to put the transfer onto the apparel. Send all the apparel to a fulfillment company once a month to do all the customer handling, delivery of product, returns etc.
By you it doesn't need to be you it can be someone you employ to do it.
Why do merchandising? Go ask TH-cam channel: Tank the Tech, why merchandising works. Shirt Answer all the big banda you know don't make their money selling music, nor increasingly do they make it from Touring.
For a long time: it's been by the band exploiting the social dynamic between you & your followers I.E US!!
Look at Linus Tech Tips, his whole company was built on Ads then on Merch.
But the goal of the company has always been build great content
      Not to make money.
But he now employs a lot of people, who are using LTT to get to where they want to go and do what they want to do in life!!!

I imagine it was hard at the time, but I really like the story of how you came through a tough patch career-wise and ending up doing something that's turned out so successful. I remember you mentioning it in your 100k subs special. I probably can't fathom the amount of work you put into this but you do it really well and come across as a natural. I obviously like driving and travelling but I wouldn't be watching every video if it wasn't put together so well. 100% honesty in all your work and absolutely zero filler in any of your videos, which I imagine as a creator, must be hard to resist as a lot of other youtubes needlessly fill out their videos to increase the duration of them.

I really really enjoyed his videos but I felt he became a bit ‘up himself’ in some of his comments as he became more successful and that kinda turns me off even though his videos are great (and in many ways better than Geoff tbh). Love Jay but he has a day job and his videos are very much a sideline so we do not get many.

8:11 that's because all the M74 traffic is usually sat in a queue with all the M8 and M77 traffic at that multiplex or in the roadworks at Jcn 5 🤣

My first car was a second hand Saab 9000. It was £3k worth of luxury until it needed a fix where bits were stolen off it. I then discovered the Saab 93 sport. This was the 93 based on the 900, the last true Saab vs the GM ‘Vauxhalls’. The Saab 93s was the only car I wish I never sold. It was awesome. Love Saabs.

The A74(M) in the Moffat Valley may be a great motorway for driving but it’s side effect was to allow the old A74 running alongside to become a great motorbike (and sports car) road - quiet and engaging. As seen in the short video clip…..

Excellent Q&A on what goes on behind the camera, and wondered about the poor drone. 😢
60,000 miles a year?! What’s that £8k per year in fuel? You sure you don’t want to get an EV… £2-3k energy bill leaves a lot of spare cash for a nice drive. 😝
    And that’s coming from a SAAB 93 2.8 Aero owner 🫡

There's a lot to be said for a car that just 'does what it says on the tin'. I'm on my second Ford Focus, which after rawty snorty Alfa Romeos was a bit of a come down but the Focus (Foci?) cost very little to buy and maintain and they've performed faultlessly. I'm trying to get the current model (an ex police car) upto and beyond 250k miles. I'm on 217k at the moment but my annual mileage has dropped a lot since Covid.
My favourite SAAB was the early model 900 Turbo. We used to have a customer who drove black 900 turbo. The car looked great, the owner even better: tall, slim, blonde lady who used to wear a lot of black too. Apart from being a teenager's dream she was a lovely lady and always had a smile when she came in to the shop.
