The fact that her 13 year old painted the pictures is beautiful. I also love the young man’s reaction and why he is inspired by Jimmy Butler. Definitely made me cry. I pray they both get to live their dreams. They seem like such amazing people in hard situations but the fact that they have so much love surrounding them is truly beautiful. God bless all that are able to foster and contribute. I have fallen on hard times but one of my prayers is to be able to donate to your foundation and all that you do ❤

My eyes never stay dry. I just loooove seeing children having a Safe Place to lay their heads down at night. I want them to feel loved, and know they are worthy.

Love Peter trying to score haircare info from the lad. It's actually a good idea cuz the kid has fabulous hair, but sounds like mom is the one who knows what products to buy. Seems like such a sweet young man. Hope he is able to get the stability he needs and can follow his dreams.

As a former foster teen this blesses me Peter. I was in a wonderful group home until sent to college but I know many teens suffer the most and age out with little support. You are blessed to be a giver from the heart. ❤️

We took ‘hard to place’ teenage girls for about 10 years. We always gave them their bed to keep forever if they stayed with us for 6 months and they didn’t run away. Never had a runner and it went over really well. Personal ownership was important.

Both of them are amazing parents. Im glad I was adopted by them. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Im glad that they are doing this for them. They are great people. And I’m lucky to have them a foster siblings and having my parents do this is amazing

So amazing what you do!!!! I was in an orphanage for total of 5 years. I had 8 siblings, my Mother was single trying to do everything with no child support. But it was a huge task for her. All this to say I understand how awesome they are feeling inside!!!! A room with things they like and are theirs!!!! Beautiful kiss, foster parents and YOU!!! When my children were grown and moved out their bedroom furniture was theirs!!! Plus I gave them additional furniture and things for their new lives. The love and encouragement from foster parents is so huge but having things of their own to take with them is also HUGE!!! Love all you do!!! So inspiring ❤

The rooms look great! Both kids have their special talents and I hope she continues her studies to be a doctor. The young guy is a good looking dude and if he only knew how many of us grew up thinking the same thing … that we didn’t fit in. I had to stay with my abusive alcoholic mother and it affected me all of my life. These kids have a chance to change their lives and I know they will work hard. I wish them all the best in life! Kudos to their foster parents. ❤️🇨🇦🙏

Wow these kids put a smile on my face listening to their goals in life. I am so happy to see that they are not letting their childhood trama define who they are nor dictate their future. I felt proud of the young lady said she want to be an Anesthesiologist. You go girl. Success is knocking at your door . My hat goes off to you to the youngman. You are a winner and is also on your way to success.
Their room makeover was spectacular. There rooms looks special made to cause them to feel loved. It was nice to see the smile on their face when they saw their room and to hear their story.
I feel so happy for them and I am so happy they are with foster parents that loves them and support them having the best in life and them becoming successful in life. Both of the teen are very bright kids. Big hug and much love to both of them. Hope to see them again in future videos.

Just to clarify, please tell me they were not sleeping on a mattress on the floor?! I’m pretty sure foster care regs require a raised bed. And the foster parents are clearly well resourced.
Also, I know they are older but their names were used. Perhaps they gave consent? Just thinking about how advocacy also means privacy.

God has really blessed u and love how u do so much for kids I really wished I cld foster so much I've got 1 daughter and grandbaby but don't get to c much at all but I no I can't do it bc i draw a check bc I'm disabled but really love to be able to do that but God has blessed me in others bc I had good parents and God still wakes me up everyday
