One thing missing... please help me understand why you need to decrease the temperature before storing... I’ve heard about the danger zone but I don’t understand. Thanks for showing me the process but could you please explain that part before to give it some context?
^Not only that but you’ll also damage your fridge/freezer constantly putting hot food in it. Your motor and thermostat will burn out trying to keep the temperature balanced then once it’s finally toast, you’re gonna have a bad situation at the wrong time.
After I complete the 4 hours cooling can I then place them in vacuum sealed bags and place in freezer?
