    After I complete the 4 hours cooling can I then place them in vacuum sealed bags and place in freezer?

    One thing missing... please help me understand why you need to decrease the temperature before storing... I’ve heard about the danger zone but I don’t understand.
    Thanks for showing me the process but could you please explain that part before to give it some context?

      ^Not only that but you’ll also damage your fridge/freezer constantly putting hot food in it. Your motor and thermostat will burn out trying to keep the temperature balanced then once it’s finally toast, you’re gonna have a bad situation at the wrong time.
