    Looks great! Always looking for meatless dishes as I love animals but also as I have a family history of Cancer so I need to avoid the igf-1, choline and possible BLV in meat. Thanks so much for sharing

    Boiling oil , fried vegetables in oil, adding spicy are destroyed the nutritional values.
