They get a patient, dr’s think it’s some obscure disease they treat for that disease and it makes the patient worse which then means it has to be the other really obscure illness.

A detective or lab worker finds an intricate clue (mostly by looking at data flashing and beeping on an extremely unergonomic transparent monitor) . 3) the correct culprit is deviously tricked to stay in touch and be proven guilty😁. The thing that makes this stand out is the dialog and characters, what disease the patient of the day has is irrelevant to me😁

In House's thinking parents ruin their children, so if they are in the hospital it is more likely to be an overreaction of the parents unless they are admitted, and even then once he missed a case of " children ruined by their parents because of their overprotection"

Not sure how true it is given the casting team would surely look him up before casting him, but it's still funny to imagine
