I always hate killing Constantin. Feels like killing your family at that point. Always want to do the "Bad" ending... but than everyone els is left to die. It's The trolley problem!

1:50 That kinda makes it a bad ending, perhaps for the natives its the good ending, however this implies everything you did was effectively for nothing.

I just assumed that as femme de Sardet, you would join Constantin since (1) His final speech makes a whole lotta sense, (2) you become an immortal god, and (3) sweet home Alabama vibes. The ending felt natural.

You aren’t blood cousins though. De Sardet was adopted, and born from a kidnapped islander.
Exactly how and why, I’m not fully sure, given info on the game is scarce. But given the next game you’re supposed to be from the role of the natives, makes a bit of sense maybe ether you play as one of De Sardet’s parents or know who her mother was.
