    What's your experience with PeerBerry or Robocash? 👇👇👇

      I've been really happy with PeerBerry so far, however there has been a lot of changes and announcements in the last month which is always the slightest bit concerning. Thanks for making this video!

      Even they have mobile app? For Android only or iOS too?

    • @P2PEmpire

      @@frol1205 PeerBerry does have a mobile app for both IOS and Android. Robocash doesn't have a mobile app.

    Both founded in 2017 and both in Croatia... is there any connection between the two?

    I was wondering if other people found issues with peerberry the last few days, i personally cannot find any more short loans

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's the same for all investors. The steady growth of PeerBerry's portfolio is slower than the demand from investors atm.

  • @pib193

    Both platforms moved to Croatia. One wonders why, really...Great job J.!

    • @P2PEmpire

      In the current situation it's probably better being legally registered in Croatia than in the Baltics.

    I invest in both, mostly thanks to your great job... I like both, a bit more peerberry, although I've been noticing some cash drag lately... as expected due to their success I guess... thanks for the great work ;)

    Great work! Highly appreciated. Question about Robocash: can you sell loans at any given time? Is there a fee for this operation? In your experience how long does it take to sell loans on secondary market?

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks. Yes you can sell them anytime. No fees. The time it takes to sell all loans depends on your portfolio size. Typically within one day.

      @@P2PEmpire If my loan is for 12 months at 12% and if i sell after 1 month do i still get 12% for that 1st month? or i get 10.5% like the short term loans ? My plan would be to buysome long term loans but with intention of selling along the way, is this possible?

    I have difficulties understanding the risks, since no investor has lost money, and there is the buyback guarantee. Is it basicly riskless (unless whole company goes under) thanks in advance!

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As you pointed out, the lender (or the group) could go bust. Then there are country relevant risks (political, regulatory) as well as other macroeconomic risks (currency value fluctuations, inflation). Those risks can materialize which can affect the lenders and by extension the investors. So far, Robocash and Aventus Group were able to provide good returns with 0 loss for investors (P2P lending is not risk free though).

    Thank you for this video. When I tried to invite a friend to Peerberry with my referral link two days ago, I couldn't find the link. I asked in the live chat where it was and was told that it no longer existed. I'm surprised your link still works

      @Marin Pavešić I don't know. I think they have enough registrants on their platform

    • @P2PEmpire
      @P2PEmpire  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This has been announced a few weeks ago. The "Invite a Friend" campaign has been paused as the investor base and the demand from investors are growing faster than the supply of loans. This has actually a positive effect on the sustainability of your current portfolio as it slightly reduces new registrations (less demand from investors). There has been no change to our links. The terms have not changed.

      TH-cam sometimes doesn't show certain comments as they get flagged as spam. There's nothing we can do about it. You are right that the Auto Invest works better on Robocash but it's not related to the functionality but rather the current availability of loans.
