"Another important point worth mentioning is that the lenders that list their loans on PeerBerry are exclusive to this marketplace... Those lenders are not excessively using P2P Lending as their primary source of funding their loan... let's put yourself into the shoes of the lenders.." Did you mean "borrowers" here? Just wanted to clarify, thanks! Very informative otherwise :)
Thanks for your comment. Lenders are exclusive, not borrowers. A borrower can lend from any lending company as long as the lender accepts the application. The main takeaway here is that you can't invest in the same loan originators that are listed on PeerBerry through other P2P marketplaces.
Hi Jakub ! I don't know exactly, but I remember that I saw on one of your videos about the fact that the LOs of PeerBerry support the currency conversion risk. Also, I read on Mintos what is happening now with Wowwo and the fact that the LO is refusing to pay back to investors because of the decreasing value of the turkish liras. Can you update me if the currency conversion risk is supported by the LOs of PB is still available? Just asking, because PB offers loans from various countries, and given the situation in Ukraine, I think thatthe hrivna will suffer too some decreasing value. You could also cover this topic on one of your next videos. Thanks !
@@tibodebos5042 I have roughly 1,000€ on the platform. Investing just for a few months. So far I am not that thrilled with the performance. As for now, I think it's gonna be much less than 10%. Will need to let it sit for a few months to see the results. The fees are significantly decreasing the returns in the short run. It also takes too long to fund projects / start generating income from the property - so your cash doesn't earn any interest in the meantime. There's a video about Reinvest24 coming out in January.
@@P2PEmpire Oke thank you very much! your favorite platforms are Estateguru and PeerBerry? I'm just starting with P2P and I alrealy learned a lot with your youtube channel, it's very clear and nice animated video to understand! keep the good work and i'm excited to see your video in January!
Hi! I want to ask about the money that we deposit to Peerberry. I do it with Revolut. There will be any problem in the future if I want to get the money?
@@P2PEmpire As I'm new in Peerberry, I'm looking to the aveilable loans and there are very few now. They are just 9 LOL. Is there any problem with the war?
Very nice video! I was investint in other p2p sites, but probably it seems that i should give a try for peerberry as it gives short term investments. Maybe you have any tips on how to manage higher risks? If buyback guarantee covers my losses is there really a point to go for lower %? Or did i not get something right?
Buyback guarantee is a nice addon but not the ultimate security. You are still investing in unsecured consumer loans. You can mitigate some of the risks by exposing yourself just to certain countries or loan originators. But that's up to anyone to decide.
Bro is pewbeary more safer then mintos and others p2p? And one simple question if i put 1000e, for one year how much i get on my Bank Account. 1100-1200. I hope u will answer me 💕
You should first do some research about both platforms and learn how it works. You won't get anything in your bank account until you withdraw your investments. There's no guarantee of any specific return in P2P.
Yes, sometimes it can be slow. In that case, you can invest manually. The speed of the auto invest is influenced by the ratio between the demand and supply of investments. You can invest in loans with a min. remaining loan term of 20 days, that way you don't need to check whether your funds are invested every day.
@@angelinakravchuk2806 If you have just joined, I suggest to diversify (invest 10eur / loan) until you get familiar with the platform. From my understanding you have probably invested in a loan which is just a few days long. The 10% interest is per year. If the loan maturnity is just a few days, the interest is logically much lower. If you have any questions related to your individual portfolio, get in touch directly with PeerBerry as they can view your account and help solve your questions related to interest payments.
@@angelinakravchuk2806 That's right. All interest numbers are always per year. 10% per year interest is the average return across P2P lending. There are platforms that offer up to 20% p.a. but the risk is also much higher.
Just started a few days ago after reviewing your alternatives to Mintos on your website when seeing it was badly reviewed since a few month. As it is my first time I am still not sure how all of that will be handled and how will work the taxe part. Information like that seem usually hard to find... 10/12% is impressive for a rate, compared to the at best 0.75% that give a saving account, how secure do you think it is as a replacement? Did you lose anything in theses 2 years using it or other P2P plateform?
This guy is so underrated.
Thanks for helping me investing 10k!

Love all your videos and your website. Have learnt so much!! Thank you

In 2020, there were 869 available loans, now there are only 9. What happened?
Supply and demand has changed. That's valid for all asset classes.

have they ever bought the loan from you , after 60+ days of late? want to hear from your expierence :)
Loans that are 60 days delayed are bought back by the loan originator. Never had a loan delayed for more than that.
Does it have withdrawing fees?
There are no withdrawal fees and the transfer takes usually less than two business days.
