Thank you for your useful video, I replaced the power switch, but after I finished the switch in the same front door to open the lite gate no working but I could open the left gate by the mob and close it as well as manual, I do not know why the switch for the lifts gate in the driver door not working, it was working before I changed the matin power switch, but as you no wiring for the lift gate switch when I opened the front door. Could you please advise.
Thank you. Could an improperly re-installed front passenger door panel result in air/wind noise from when driving? I own a 2009 W164 ml350. Background: A few months after autobody shop work a couple years ago you could increasingly hear the wind noise. Visually the top of the door panel above the handle rises up and is not seated properly, I’ve tried pushing it down into place but that hasn’t worked. Also, the panel doesn’t align evenly with the tweeter cover (easy to see when comparing comparing to driver side panel. the passenger side door
@@iRepairAutos yup, went well. Customers car was broken into and i replaced her door glass. Had never done one of those before. They really know how to hide those screws!!!

okay, not very helpful because it doesn't show how to get the REAL door panel off.. the metal one that's blocking access to all the good stuff inside the door... taking off the "vanity" for panel let's you fix just about nothing
