Dr. Shah, don't be scaring us like that! It's not April Fools Day. Dr. Casale, we're still happy to see you. 🙂 Stay a little longer next time. Three's not a crowd when it comes to you guys. ❤
I’ve recently started using the riceberry range from llitleextrra which includes cleanser, face serum, hydrating moisturizer, skin toner, and sunscreen 50 spf. I use them daily in the AM, and it’s been about 1 month, and I can notice the change on my face. The tired skin seems more glowing, and fine lines have decreased. There was a dark spot near my right cheek, and I notice it has faded a lot. I’m going to stick to this regimen.
Now I’m starting to understand that these are bots who keep recommending that damn rice berry product, and not just on this video but on many others as well…
I've seen a lot of dry, oily, combination, normal skin and what not, but why on earth would no one make a proper day & night routine for sensitive dry-acne prone skin. I hope you'll do it in your next video! Merry Christmas.
Thank you for doing a video for people with „normal“ skin. And I have to say I am so impressed that you just give us a PDF of the routine, seriously thats so nice and amazing because you have all the information in one vue. And on top it is free? Amazing thank you very much!
Thanks for sharing such an easy skincare routine. It's refreshing to see options that don't involve expensive products. We appreciate you taking the time to educate others on natural remedies.

I can't thank you enough for the insightful video! I wanted to share a personal experience regarding red light therapy for anyone on the fence about it. At 46, I've been using a red light therapy panel from Future Form Official, which my dermatologist recommended for my skin's complexion and wrinkles. The panel is incredibly affordable, and the results have been outstanding. My skin's texture has improved dramatically, and I've noticed a significant reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. Interestingly, people often mistake me for being much younger now! There’s a lot of scientific research backing red light therapy, so it's not just a trend. Hi Guys Being a health professional myself I religiously watch your channel Thankyou for your input most of all educating me keep the channel going Thankyou
A menopause skin video would be fab. I suddenly developed really painful whiteheads that lasted for months and scarred. I also developed an allergy to sunlight, if I don't apply factor 50 every 10 minutes around noon on a bright hot day in the UK, I get third degree burns with weeping sores. I'm struggling to find a sunscreen that won't contribute to the whiteheads, can cope with hot sweats and can be frequently reapplied without feeding as though my skin is suffocating! I've learnt so much from your videos in the last few months, I'm really hoping for some help 🙂❤️
Banana Boat Light as Air Sunscreen SPF 50 really is light on the skin. I use it as a body sunscreen as I prefer a tinted sunscreen on the face but if that doesn’t matte to you, you might want to give that one a try.
You cannot beat a Korean sunscreen! They feel magnificent on the skin, so light weight and extremely budget friendly. If you have not used one I highly, highly recommend purchasing any one of them.💜🌞💜

I would love a video about hand care specifically. I live in a very cold area and our hands take a beating. I have tried a lot of different stuff over the years, but only some new goat milk stuff has actually blown me a way with how good it feels, but it is expensive.
I've been keeping my routine pretty simple these days. My cleanser is the Ordinary Glycolipid Cream Cleanser, my moisturizer is the Ordinary moisturizing factors + beta glucan, which I really only use during the day and I tend to reapply at lunch. I also use the caffeine 5% + egcg during the day, which I also tend to reapply mid day. At night on Sun/Tues/Thurs, I use the Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion with no moisturizer on top. For me personally, the emulsion is plenty hydrating. All other nights I use the CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream. Again, no moisturizer, cuz this thing has it. No toners and no other serums. Take this how you will, but I’m 46 and I get told I look younger than 35 pretty regularly. Obviously, your mileage may vary. I work from home, so reapplying moisturizer and the caffeine during the day is fairly easy for me. I only see sunlight in the evening when I go jogging or walking. Obviously diet is important as well. I work out 4x/week, and eat almost no sugar or carbs. It’s all a vicious circle otherwise. Thanks for the content, gentlemen!

Hey Docs! I have a question. I've been thinking it may be time to switch up my daily/nightly skincare routine, so as always, I turned to your channel. This MAY seem like a silly question, and I don't even know if I should be asking this here...BUT... I am pushing 60 y.o. and am wondering if this routine would be as good/better than what I am doing currently. Quick rundown is: AM = L'Oreal Glycolic acid face cleanser, Timeless Vit. C Serum, La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair, e.l.f. Whoa Glow sunscreen. PM = Tula Probiotics & Superfoods face cleanser, Avene - RetrinAL EYES, Avene - RetinAL 0.1 Intensive Cream, La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair. Thank you for considering!!
Can you suggest a routine for a 10 year old girl that is safe. My daughter is always trying to do “skincare routine” and I caught her rubbing lip gloss into her skin 😮 or make a video on what is good for children to use. Thank you.
Wish I had a derm dr that would recommend these types of product, not even brand names just ingredient to use. When I asked her about what I should be using as a regimen she said she doesn’t deal in that area. I need to see the office next door( so I can buy there products)☹️
For the Indian people, get products from Indian pharma companies, they do what they are supposed to do and don't spam your emails and messages for buy 1 get 1 offers like companies like plum, mamaearth etc do. Sunscreen specifically don't buy from cosmetic brands and go for Indian pharmaceutical companies.
Do you both ever chat/recommend just simple natural oils or basic ingredients like jojoba oil, Shea/cocoa/mango butters, seabuckthorn oil, etc. just super simple but effective ingredients for skin that doesn’t typically tolerate built out products?

Canmake isn’t Korean, it’s Japanese. And Japanese sunscreens are generally more affordable than Korean ones.
Quick rundown is:
AM = L'Oreal Glycolic acid face cleanser, Timeless Vit. C Serum, La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair, e.l.f. Whoa Glow sunscreen.
PM = Tula Probiotics & Superfoods face cleanser, Avene - RetrinAL EYES, Avene - RetinAL 0.1 Intensive Cream, La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair.
Thank you for considering!!
Please, I NEED a skincare routine for dry and or dehydrated skin. Thank you!
Can you suggest a routine for a 10 year old girl that is safe. My daughter is always trying to do “skincare routine” and I caught her rubbing lip gloss into her skin 😮 or make a video on what is good for children to use. Thank you.
Have you talked about pregnancy+breastfeeding skincare? PLEASE
Canmake is a Japanese sunscreen! It is a great sunscreen!
I don’t know if I missed this video before but I would love for you to do teen skin care
I really want you to look into 2 wonderful European skincare brands -
Geek & Gorgeous
and
Niche Beauty Lab
Please make one on oily skin 🥲
Hey team Canmake is a Japanese brand. Japanese skincare is amazing too and would look forward to you guys cover them !
Dr Shah, you about gave me a heart attack!!!!😊 A sensitive skin routine is next. Pleeeeeeease ❤
Elf Holy Hydration is great - and my teens love it (added bonus).
Wish I had a derm dr that would recommend these types of product, not even brand names just ingredient to use. When I asked her about what I should be using as a regimen she said she doesn’t deal in that area. I need to see the office next door( so I can buy there products)☹️
I've gotta shout out Naturium for having more accessible retinaldehyde options!
Interested to see what your take on the E.L.F. pure skin line is. Developed by dermatologists so let's see what THE dermatologists think of it ❤
I think I bought the toner back in August. It's got glycolic acid in it, yet it feels very hydrating.
I don't think they have as solely using oils aren't the best for skin
Requesting a routine for sensitive skin pretty please.
Been waiting for this, thank you!!
Please suggest SKINCARE ROUTINE FOR "DRY TO VERY DRY SKIN" (suggest products which are available in all countries 😬, b'coz most of your suggested products are really hard to reach...🇮🇳
FYI Canmake is a Japanese brand, not Korean :D
Thank you to both Dr! Really appreciated this and always enjoy your channel!
Hey guys, I just want to personally thank you so much for the recommendation of the glycolic acid. I bought some only 3 1/2 half percent as I’m a newbie and I didn’t didn’t want to really get too stuck into the high percentage but yes definitely cycling that with the tone and I thank you for the tips I think it’s a amazing product and keep it up guys. Well done thank you
Great video thanks Docs, but what about Vitamin C and peptide?
I would love to see a routine for dry skin and facial eczema!!!
It would be nice if you can make video for brown skin for people of ethnicity
