Awesome video brother. Hope you had an incredible Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing. Keep the content coming. Hope you have an incredible weekend. Much love and RESPECT brother
If I'm remembering correctly, Dave Kindig built a gasser Buick pedal car a few years ago. He donated it to a fundraising raffle. I had a welder guy narrow a cast straight axle 4". I cut the 4" out of the center and he ground the metal really clean and welded in 2 mild steel chunks on either side of the axle.
Not sure what your saying, however if you think I'm building my vehicles for anybody's approval your 💯 wrong. I build this the way I want in spite of what is trending, popular, or "correct".
In all reality I will admit I felt bad about it in the beginning. However the fact that this cars soul purpose is a parts car for my all original 54 Buick. But the more I look at this car all it's good for is parts.
Thanks for the info, I use speedway a lot for other parts. However I would never be able to build a project if I just went and bought new parts all the time. Part of the fun for me is the puzzle of making and finding parts cheap
Good work Joel!
Glad you enjoyed it

Thanks for the support! I'll keep posting if you keep watching!

Yea I've done a bunch of research. This axle is Forged not sure I'd tackle a cast one though.
Check out a 66 Chevy Van straight axle might be narrow enough
I will look into that. Unfortunately we have almost no yards close to here so shipping or travel is a killer when on a budget.
I really like this build your doin man,,love gasser s everyone builds them defferent ways but they all turn out cool 👍 👍 👍 👍
Thanks, I agree with you on that!
I thought after the car was finished people would worship me and tell me how great I was,I was so stupid 😂😂😂😂
