I find him so, so, very boring. I dont understand all the hype surrounding him. Hes just another show boating guitar player. Nothing to see here, moving on.
According to wiki, he has released over 300 albums and plays songs differently each time in concert. These days, if an artist creates twelve 3 minute songs on one album each year, that is acceptable. Maybe an hour of music a year. Hundreds of years ago, classical composers created hundreds of hours of music. It was the standard. Buckethead is following in their footsteps.
I read alot of buckethead comments from alot of different places. Everyone who actually listens to the music has something positive to say about any number of certain aspects thhat there is to like about him. Ive herd the "he is the Mozart of our time" before, but your comment was my favorite opinion ive read. Perfect
sparty94 as a third of his album was released in 1 year, he basically put out more albums in that one year than most other artists put out in a lifetime.
It blows my mind how he can go from alien robot to making grown men cry. Electric sea had me crying over nothing from the amount of emotion he put into that masterpiece. Whitewash, for mom, watching the boats with dad, the left panel, etc.. Those who compare bh and slash and say bh doesnt have emotion or soul definitely havent gotten into his mushy stuff. A truly gifted artist and human
His best stuff is buried in his "buckethead pikes" series. There's something for everyone but it takes a good deal of searching to find what is "for you" as I find his most popular stuff not nearly being my favorite. "pikes" are half hour albums with 1, 2, 3, or even up to 6 songs and you might dislike 3 of 4 songs but the one you like will pull you in. Check songs "orbits", "minor domo" "moltrail 2", and the entire pike called "polar trench".....they are filled with funk which is unusual for buckethead.
Been listening to the Bucket man for 3 years now and haven't stopped. Almost 90% of the music i listen to is Buckethead. It's the mere size of his library combined with the fact that i can re-listen to his stuff without ever getting tired of it. He's amazing!
Brian Carol aka Buckethead is one of the most creative and inventive musicians/guitarist of the this generations I can listen to him play for endless hours
he is much more than just a shredder - many people call him that which is doing him an injustice really (sure he can shred, but its only one of his many technical facets). some of his compositions on the many albums he has released are extremely melodic and creative. I rate him very highly - there is a lot going on with his music... his hand span is insane, like gilbert. His custom guitars are brilliant too. he can get so many effects out of them....
I'm wondering how he would sound plying in a band like metalica I'm thinking wiskey in a jar or nothing else matters etc. I like buckets talents, but I think he isn't focused, he has been running wild with those fingers, rein him in and showcase bits. Same thing happened with Steve vai, after David lee Roth split, both at that time premiere bassist Billy Sheenan and premiere guitarist Steve Vai cut loose. Steve went on to cut some pretty wild and insane tracks, but that's all they were. Bring these guys back into bands that are mainstream. Perhaps this is what is wrong with guitar sales and rock, metal etc today, the playing seems unobtainable so why bother trying. We all know it's not true. Just recently I've had two incidents where my left hand has been cut across the palm resulting in loss of mobility, numbness and finger confusion. The second a table saw incident just a week ago. Sawed right up the middle of my first finger, I'm not sure if it's going to move. This hasn't stopped me. I've switched over to flamenco rhumba for learning new techniques. Why? I don't want to stop playing, I sound different like glen Campbell's gentle on my mind, ghost riders in the sky, patsy clines crazy all sound different way different and in some respects better. Now with the pointer messed up. I take my cast off every night and just see how to adjust chords to still play. Yes it's a setback, but with flamenco, my fingers have the flexibility of still hitting some chord structures. For now. Each day I hear a difference. So.... Moral is, keep learning, keep playing, don't be scared to reel in the shredding. Keep people begging for more.
From what I've heard from people around Buckethead & from people who have played with him and seem to know him well on TH-cam, the bucket and mask are not a gimmick. He is simply so incredibly shy and self-conscious it was the only way he could perform, which in my mind makes him a superstar who overcame its own fears to bring us some of the greatest music ever performed. He did it interview a few years ago for the first time ever where he stated he dedicate he was to putting out as much music ad he could in his time that was left here, because he recently found out he has a medical condition.
Love your videos. You really have a great understanding of the guitar! What I LOVE about buckethead is that every time you watch a song live every single time it is different and improvised!!! Buckethead truly is brilliant!
Your videos are both informative and entertaining. Too much of TH-cam has become about gear review or "10 things you are doing wrong" kind of stuff. Diving into amazing artists' playing, dissecting it to make it accessible is something that really adds value for me, so thanks for doing that!
Thanks again for the insight, Phil! It really helps in compiling more information as a guitar player looking for more techniques! Appreciate the work you put in, and looking forward to more!
Literally thought of this yesterday! I remember reading he's like 6'6 and I thought "with the bucket he's gotta be 7 foot" then I see this video and your comment.
the bucket on his head is not a gimmick. 1) it’s part of the Buckethead character 2) Buckethead actually has social anxiety and maybe autism (the latter is merely speculation, by watching interviews it looks like he has autism) and he’s very introverted so the bucket helps him perform 3) as a very introverted person myself, I can say that having a mask or something on your head (so that the audience can’t directly see you) helps those kinds of people immensely
Man, he is very smart guy... And actually wears a mask because he just doesnt want to ppl to watch him instead of listening to him while playing. He is a bit shy and had scene fear I suppose...
Thats kinda stupid to think that if you wear mask or something youre ultra shy, anti social or autistic... I am not against anyone but its kinda stupid to think like that. For me buckethead is true genius and awesome guy! And even if he has something it would be even nore amazing to me and I would support him anyways. So thats my opinion...
I have to admit I heard of Buckethead, I've seen photos of him but this was the first time I heard him play. Loved it! Thanks for another great one Fil!🤘🎸✌
No gimmick with the Bucket... just a fun time with family, he liked to wear masks at a young age... all that aside; Bucket is a brilliant and unique player, the thing is, if he never wore the bucket and mask he would still be who he is. Always enjoy your videos Fil...
BJ12578 yea, he said it allowed him to be himself. He seems to have some bad social anxiety and is kind of awkward. I have a theory that he is autistic and that contributes to his playing so well, it almost seems like it but of course, I don't know know the guy so all I have to go off is that 2017 interview.
I've got to say I was raised in the 70's I love that music and I love a great guitar solo. I discovered Buckethead last year and fell in love with his music, so amazing!! Imagine that... a 60 year old digging it so much. Goes to show you that you should never get in a music rut.. explore there is so much good stuff out there.
Same-same Patricia. As the Codpieced Maestro from Jethro Tull is want to warble. You're never too old to Rock'n'Roll, if you're too young to die. As for Buckethead? Well, some Artists have that wonderful gift where they just effortlessly transcend any genre that others will try and pidgeonhole them into to and Buckethead is surely one of them.
Patricia Houck Buckethead is in his 50's.!🎼✨🙏🏼✨🎼🇨🇦It is not unusual 4 a 60 year old having impeccable taste in music !Checkout Nicolo Pagini ;18 century 24 Caprices solo violin !😳😲😮😎🎼✨🙏🏼✨🎼🇨🇦
This videos made me realize why I like great musicians. I am a polymath, crazy logical but also crazy creative. I'm not musically talented at all but I don't struggle to find creative solutions to highly technical problems. Turns out in a way we are similar. Your talk about brain usage was kind of a light bulb moment. I never realized that when these guys play they are engaging the other side of their brains, even though it's now obvious.
This is maybe the second time I've listened to Buckethead. Through your eyes, ears, and words, I now have a clue. Damn, he's good. Wow, just wow. Buckethead grew up near me (although I'm older) and I bought my last set of guitar strings from the guitar shop he used to take lessons at, Styles Music in Pomona, California. Thanks again, Wings of Pegasus, for taking me along on the ride. :-)
It is as if Mr Buckethead studied every guitar player of note, and took from them every nuance and distinctive musical quality, then distilled it all into his own ultra-classic style.
One of my earliest recollection of music was listening to riders on the storm on am transistor radio.....knocking on the door of 60 now and have recently discovered Buckethead.....i'm absolutely blown away!! What an incredible artist....at a loss for words...
Shamefully, I hadn't heard of Buckethead before subbing to your channel...what an outstanding talent - I will be adding some new albums to the collection, thanks for featuring him !!
@ DigitalJeremy Try some of Buckethead's pikes. #26 Worms for the garden, #35 Thank You Ohlinger's, #45 Coats of Claude, #51 - Claymation Courtyard, # 65 - Hold Me Forever,#66 - Leave the Light On, #Pike 90 - Listen for the Whisper, #104 - Project Little Man, # 213 - Crumple... There's nine from over 300 to get you started.
At around the 4:05 mark when you're talking about his stretch, you gotta realize that he's playing a 27" baritone. If he were playing a standard scale Les Paul it'd be even more impressive.
Love how you mention his ability to essentially improvise a totally new arrangement of his songs on the fly. When I listen to Buckethead live, my first reaction is typically "that's not how that passage goes", followed immediately by "but that also sounds really cool!".
A friend of mine, Randy Allar (RIP), was a disc jockey (WCSB) before his untimely passing a few years back. He had met Buckethead, and described him this way to me. "He is so tall that, when you look up at him, all you see is his head... and the sky." Lol
I just had a friend ask me about him last week. He had never heard of Buckethead. My buddy is not a musician and he was amazed how good this guy is and that he never had heard of him. Good stuff!!!
Thanks for explaining the technical words Fil since I don't play guitar but am bizarrely interested in people that have mastered a musical instrument. Guitar seems like such a difficult instrument to master and I'm really in awe of those people that have mastered it and other instruments. That's why I like to watch your videos , you explain things .
He's a beast best at every genre has released over 300 albums I saw him in 2016 played for 2 hours it was an amazing show. Have you ever listened to any of the death cube k albums. Best dark ambient albums ever
The Bucket could also help him keep his anonymity. Some Artists still enjoy their privacy in public. and the KFC thing could have been that they didn't want to have to pay him any advertising fees LOL! his right hand did remind me of the face hugger from the movie.
Fil you are spot on with your analysis. I’ve seen him live twice and he never plays the same song the same way. Also I struggle with matching my riffs in time to fit into neat bars in a daw with drums I don’t play by hand. I need more videos to help with this.
The more I listen to Buckethead the more I think that he sounds like a modern Jimmy Page with added shred factor. But he ultimately has his own very big stamp on the guitar -and long may that continue.Excellent.
When Buckethead plays his really fast leads, his left hand looks to me like a crab walking very fast....if you get my meaning. I'm not trying to make fun of the guy, but trying to compliment him, to describe what it is that I am seeing. Buckethead fascinates me, and I can't applaud his playing enough. Great analysis Fil, and this guy is no doubt hard to give an analysis on because he is so unique. Peace. .
3:05 KFC never had a problem with him having their logo on his bucket. They actually tweeted saying "We love buckethead head" and something along the lines of how they support him. haha
Here is a really great example of how incredible a musician can be and we're not going to get to hear them. Because what we're allowed to hear is controlled by five major entertainment companies. We buy what they sell. Buckethead is capping on that. The guy is a remarkable player. How many other great artists are we not being allowed to hear? We end up listening to corporate wallpaper. Thank you Buckethead.
Umm.. I believe the Pikes CDs are sold thru his website for less than $10. No disc art, recording on blank store bought CD, white paper sleeve. It's all about the music. So you CAN and WILL hear Buckethead (the Pikes series) and anything else he desires to release through such channels. After his stint w GnR, I think he can probably afford his own record label. Doesn't ever seem to be about the $$. It's about the music.
Fred Braid Thanks for the heads up Fred. He plays the Bay Area every now and then, San Francisco. He's pretty much a cult following. I have friends that release on vinyl. So there are people that are making money. Yes music comes first, but when you walk to the mine, it's gold that you're after. That's why we go fishing. If there weren't fish we would stay home. I believe in love with out pussy. We rob banks for money. I think a lot of great musicians are jewel thieves at heart. Sure there are the gems and the settings, but there's pulling off the job, the art of the trade. Like surfing, standing at the light at the end of the blue barrel, where no one has ever stood, or will stand again. Having that magic moment. Catching that wave, and carving that curl. Take care and be well.
@@ericheine2414 @eric heine: I agree with most of what you said. I will not dispute that there is something that drives every musician, be it fame, money, p without love, the thrill of a moment, a time, place, and state of being that can never be duplicated, etc. My opinion? He is addicted to the thrill of the chase of those moments that cannot be duplicated. And to reaching some of them. I did not intend to imply that no profit is being made by BH on his recent music. Only that he seems content to quietly distribute his recent work to his fans seemingly w no middleman. If he was not content with cult status, he'd spend time and money promoting himself. Which as far as I know, he doesn't. .I don't think GnR was a publicity stunt. It may have gained him followers, but that was not the driving force. Turning down Ozzy (if that's a true story) was not for fame and fortune -- maybe a bit of a publicity feeler though. Creative folk that are truly driven to the absurdity of perfection are not very common. But he seems to summon an inexhaustible source of energy and drive that allow him, among other things, to share what he hears in his head. He has the time, the money, and the desire do so. I just don't think the money is the driving force. Peace Out
Fred Braid There's no argument. I was just offering reflective thought. Bruce Springsteen told me the reason he became musician was because he didn't want to be a painter. So often times why we do something is a constellation of influences and thoughts. Just having fun along the way.
Great video, once again. Great selection from the Bucketed One. I discovered Bucket Head in the '90's. I was at an electronics store and they had some CD's on sale. There was a 2 volume set, Guitarisma 1 and Guitarisma 2. How could you go wrong with names like that? BH had 2 songs in the collection, Big Sur Moon and Wishing Well. I still listen to those. Like others have mentioned he has a very wide range of styles that he does and you will find something you will like. The guy is a great talent. This song 'Siege Engine' is really sticking with me. Incredible!!
I have every album he has put out as well as collaborations and Death Cube K. I can’t describe how much his music means to me. Thank you for doing vids about him. He has said his bucket was because he is extremely shy and once he put it on it freed him to play unselfconsciously. For different flavors of his work try Electric Tears and Decoding the Tomb of the Bansheebot
Buckethead usually wears a KFC bucket with funeral printed on it because the chickens are his friends and family and he is opposed to the inhumane torture and suffering his brothers and sisters endure at the hands of the vile colonel sanders and his evil empire. He is a unique soul with insane skills and wonderful music. I would encourage anyone to listen to some of his pike albums to fully understand his musicianship and talent.
honestly as far as technical skill goes, Buckethead is one of the, if not the best. Even so he has this certain style in his composition and style that really grabs your attention, and holds that attention through the track. ive had the fortune of seeing him live a few times and its one of the few shows ive been to that i was mesmerized from start to finish.

The stretch is more impressive when you take into account that it's a long scale LP, the whole guitar is bigger than traditional LPs.
First time I saw him play I thought it was Paul Gilbert !!! His fingers are so long it's just amazing !! Regardless of what genre of music your into, whether it's shred, metal, blues or jazz etc! Buckethead can play anthing no matter what style!! I am in awe of his creativity. And I love the fact that his reclusive life style has always been part of his musical journey!! Pure heart felt genius!!!! Thanks Fil!!!!👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you for doing this Fil, how anyone can slight this remarkable talent is completely beyond me...THIS GUY CAN FLY! Would love to know what you think about, not his playing so much, but his compositional skills and his songwriting ability!? I know you touched on it a bit in this vid but would like to hear more... Hah! Never mind, I wrote the above after only watching the first couple of minutes of the vid. ROCK!
The first video you featured my thoughts were hmm great guitarist but the bucket? Now, I don't notice anything but his awesome guitar playing. Thanks, Fil.
Hello Again Fil ...Hope you are well ....This is one spirited track from BH...One minute a nursery rhyme the next minute... pushed into a terror angst ridden sense of foreboding.I love the way he throws you around in his musical sandbox ....its can be gritty and rough....then smooth to the soul. great work Fil you have excellent perspective and capture of the essence of music. Cheers my friend from Canada.... Just so you all know ...Fil and I share the same Queen lol 🇨🇦🇬🇧
The REAL bucket story... Buckethead saw Friday the 13 in the theatre, bought the Jason mask and a bucket of fried chickenh that night after the movie, after eating the chicken he put both of them on looked in the mirror and had a epiphany.
I thought he was just another shred guy until I saw or rather heard his album missing my parents. There is so much to that and I believe it says a lot for a lot of us.
That is so obscure and cool. Recently Buckethead and Bootsy guested and produced two tracks for a japanese power trio called "asterism" and there's rumor of a guitar battle between Buckethead and the 15 year old japanese girl. Asterism....... th-cam.com/video/2m0F_7-dQAg/w-d-xo.html
I watched Donny Osmond do his peacock performances on The Mask show and I have to say that he did his best performances EVER BECAUSE he was behind a mask and could really put it out there without fear of being judged for being stereo typed as a teen heart throb back in the day. So Buckethead is able to get that same anonymity safe zone.
I am a long haul truck driver.I put on a TH-cam Buckethead play list and never have to change the station for 11 hrs.
👍☺
That's not healthy.
I had to drive to Denver, so I loaded something like 11 Buckethead albums and 1 best of play list. An hour into the drive, I noticed I only had the best of. Completely pissed.

11 hourse? more like 6+ days!

Cool!
DUDE you are such a lucky man! Bucket got me into playing guitar when I was a kid, his music is incredible

What’s he look like?
That's what I thought humble and shy. Then axle rose said all this crap about Buckethead watching porn inside a chicken wired chicken coop. It sounded ridiculas.
turned down ozzy to keep the bucket. now THAT'S bucket dedication, friends.
👍
Should've painted it black
I couldn't see a guy like Buckethead being satisfied playing someone else's songs for very long.
Actually, Ozzy turned him down because he wouldn't "take the fucking bucket off." Oz man!
@Harry Abma Watch your mouth bitch, he paved the way for a lot of artists and metal gods.
He was born in a coop, raised in a cage
Children fear him, critics rage
He's half alive, he's half dead
Folks just call him Buckethead!
Good one
Can't take credit for this. It's the 'Ballad of Buckethead' by Primus & Buckethead. I'm sure you already know this.
😂👍

Thanks David!
I think he was talking about Buckethead...😳
@@umaxen0048 Bucketman is 50 years old
He's very enthusiastic. You can tell he is excited by the artistry of most of what he reacts to
this old lady agrees.bucket transcend's uniting The Young and the old.
its not a gimmick. the most talented, most humble person I've had the pleasure to see live. he is simply on another level
Most guitar players show the effort in their faces. This guy makes it look so easy. His face never changes.
😂👍
I find him so, so, very boring. I dont understand all the hype surrounding him. Hes just another show boating guitar player. Nothing to see here, moving on.
He needs to show some emotion, should watch some old Trower vids. ;-)
@@coyleigh2860 try Buckethead's 'Mom', 'watching boats with dad' or ' i really like my parent' . no showboating, just simple and emotional
i believe he has a mask on..........

he played and recorded with Bootsy Collins so funk is not unusal for him :-)
His album with brain and Travis was sick. It's called dragons of eden

Soothsayer is emotional song. Not calm or like you know...

For me buckethead is true genius and awesome guy! And even if he has something it would be even nore amazing to me and I would support him anyways. So thats my opinion...
I've played in bands and I would of found a mask and a bucket helpful too, also somewhat neurodivergent so yeah its likely
Very informative review . . . keep them coming Phil. All the best Dude. Keep friggin' rocking & stay well !!!
Thanks!
It was actually massive stage fright.
@@dickJohnsonpeter how the hell did you create your name like that???

I've got to say I was raised in the 70's I love that music and I love a great guitar solo. I discovered Buckethead last year and fell in love with his music, so amazing!! Imagine that... a 60 year old digging it so much. Goes to show you that you should never get in a music rut.. explore there is so much good stuff out there.
Amen!
Sure is so much music to listen to. Too much, and not enough time...
Patricia Houck Buckethead is in his 50's.!🎼✨🙏🏼✨🎼🇨🇦It is not unusual 4 a 60 year old having impeccable taste in music !Checkout Nicolo Pagini ;18 century 24 Caprices solo violin !😳😲😮😎🎼✨🙏🏼✨🎼🇨🇦
Thanks Fil you always focalizin' on innovation and original Players. Your comments teach me a Lot about creativity.
BH takes ya on a journey
He does!

I do so enjoy your descriptions of the process and struggles that guitarists face onstage and in the studio.
He's never sloppy! Entrancing...
Yeah!
Phil can't say enough about your stellar channel and the content that you provide
Thanks Sean!
This dude video titles are GODLY. Kinda like clickbait (and not at the same time), but actually good and educational.
Thanks! 😂
His melodies are so pretty man! Unbelievable no doubt
I really enjoy your breakdowns. Keep up the good work! Buckethead is phenomenal! A musical wonder!!!
No problem!
Saw him last year in New York great show wish he played longer , thanks ,love your input!
Cool!
It is as if Mr Buckethead studied every guitar player of note, and took from them every nuance and distinctive musical quality, then distilled it all into his own ultra-classic style.
Yes!
Yeah!
A great description
Wouldn't be surprised if he did ha
Economy of Motion...so relaxed, so fluid, so heavy. So maddening!

One of my earliest recollection of music was listening to riders on the storm on am transistor radio.....knocking on the door of 60 now and have recently discovered Buckethead.....i'm absolutely blown away!!
What an incredible artist....at a loss for words...
Cool!
Crazy talent level and ability . Leaves me smiling and shaking my head .

Try some of Buckethead's pikes.
👍
Such a great technical and melodic player, with incredible finger dexterity and independence!
👍
Buckethead has the best guitar-playing-face ever.
Spot on with the light and shade comment (mixed 8 bar switch). He lures you in and then blows your mind.
BROTHER THAT MAN CAN STRAIGHT UP PLAY

A friend of mine, Randy Allar (RIP), was a disc jockey (WCSB) before his untimely passing a few years back. He had met Buckethead, and described him this way to me.
"He is so tall that, when you look up at him, all you see is his head... and the sky." Lol
😂👍
Lol 6’5
I'm 6'8", never thought of it that way. My heads in the clouds...
I just had a friend ask me about him last week. He had never heard of Buckethead. My buddy is not a musician and he was amazed how good this guy is and that he never had heard of him. Good stuff!!!
👍
Thank you Wings of Pegasus !
Buckethead is Amazing! 😎👍
Buckets slow soulful playing is the best part, for me.
I love the "Alien" reference to his left hand, referring to the face-hugger! Nice one! :-)

Thank you for doing this video this was my favorite song from him glad to see it finally got appreciated

He's a beast best at every genre has released over 300 albums I saw him in 2016 played for 2 hours it was an amazing show. Have you ever listened to any of the death cube k albums. Best dark ambient albums ever
@ Sean Wargo, True...also, "Death Cube K" is an anagram. If you rearrange the letters you get Buckethead.
@@sterlingprice5963 yea I know I've been a huge buckethead fan for we'll over a decade
A beast, like 666? Is the birthmark under the bucket?
Every time he hits a power chord, I say to myself, "Hey, I can do THAT!!!"
😂👍
Brian+ Lol, yeah I think he has to do that every once in a while for us mortals.
I can press a killswitch.
It's just the bits in between ☺
Do a reaction on buckethead's nottingham lace . Its one of his best songs.
Thanks!
That's one of my favorites as well.
G4MeWithN0X Did you say, “Reaction “?
phenomenal song
The Bucket could also help him keep his anonymity. Some Artists still enjoy their privacy in public. and the KFC thing could have been that they didn't want to have to pay him any advertising fees LOL! his right hand did remind me of the face hugger from the movie.
Townes Van Zandt...Panco and Lefty - beautiful clean alternative picking and great close-up of his playing.
👍
Fil you are spot on with your analysis. I’ve seen him live twice and he never plays the same song the same way. Also I struggle with matching my riffs in time to fit into neat bars in a daw with drums I don’t play by hand. I need more videos to help with this.
The more I listen to Buckethead the more I think that he sounds like a modern Jimmy Page with added shred factor. But he ultimately has his own very big stamp on the guitar -and long may that continue.Excellent.
Buckethead is a incredible guitarist period.one of the best in the business.
Nice more Buckethead!
🤘
Hold me forever, pike #65, is one of the best guitar compositions of all time !!!
They actually tweeted saying "We love buckethead head" and something along the lines of how they support him. haha
Off topic ALERT!!! I love your shirt AND your channel. Good stuff, indeed. Thank you.
Thanks!
Nice to see guys blushing and freaking out at the beauty of the bucket. Kneel to the bucket...
Here is a really great example of how incredible a musician can be and we're not going to get to hear
them. Because what we're allowed to hear is controlled by five major entertainment companies. We buy what they sell. Buckethead is capping on that. The guy is a remarkable player. How many other great artists are we not being allowed to hear?
We end up listening to corporate wallpaper. Thank you Buckethead.
👍
4:35 I think it's worth noting that he's doing that huge stretch on an extra long 27" fretboard that GIbson custom makes for him
Great video, once again.
Cool!
Not only a God-Tier guitarist but a beautiful human being. We are lucky to have him. Thank you Buckethead, sencerely
Thanks!
He's a master of the small venues he loves. His sound!
Amen!
Long Live The Pikes!!!!!!!!!!
So buckethead is a vegan?
I think so, but I'm not positive, not much is known about him.
Most fast food is a ticket to a fast death ... eat this and get this (funeral).
honestly as far as technical skill goes, Buckethead is one of the, if not the best.
Yeah I think his hands are just too big for standard!

This dude must do nothing but play guitar. Doesn't he have hundreds of albums? Dude is insane
Performance gets even more intense after this video ends.
ROCK!

Siege Engine is one of my favorite Buckethead songs! Albino Slug is fantastic from start to finish.
He did an album with a Viggo Mortensen who was in Lord of the rings
White Wash is my favorite Bucket Head song
