While the biscuits are in the oven, make the gravy. 5. For the gravy: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, drop in the tallow and add the sausage. Cook, stirring to break it apart, until the sausage is cooked through and browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain all but 1 tablespoon of the fat. 6. Pour in the cream and add the cream cheese. I think it just "looks" like you mess up more because most have all their ingredients ready, whereas you do everything as you go along. ie: sausage out of the plastic. You make it so much more fun to watch😂

Recipe looks so good but I do the egg yolks with butter and baking soda, bake in muffin tins on 350 for 5 minutes. Then I cook hamburger and do the sauce and pour over biscuits. I don’t eat pork
I wonder how your version would fare with cooked ground chicken in the mix? I did a flatbread last night with cooked ground beef, eggs, and cottage cheese and it was SO bread-like, so if I use your ingredients with some chicken I’m betting it would work-and rise-and taste amazing!!
Cortney use kitchen sheers and cut the metal tips off of the sausage. then cut down the middle. The sausage will role right out into the pan. Why do I know this? I hate touching the sausage and have dropped the roll in the pan many times!
Do you have a favorite brand of regular pork rinds (not pre ground)? I like to make my own pork panko, but using the Walmart brand (it’s just pork skins + salt) it tastes way too salty to me. Are other brands better/less salty? I haven’t really liked anything that I’ve made with my panko. 🥴

It’s very hard, and besides pederons spicy, I haven’t found any. That being said it’s so minimal that I don’t worry about it. It barely even shows up on nutritional facts. I wish they wouldn’t use it though, what’s the point if it’s not that much. Anyhoo, I chose one that doesn’t have corn syrup though, and do either regular sugar or honey.
